I think the idea behind the image was how the ad caused a bit of controversy in such that it led to fear of homosexuals.

Just came across this article and questioned what the heck is going on in the picture. It's just a picture of the Grim Reaper plus a caption that potholes The Nostalgia Chick and Monty Python.
I think the point it's trying to convey is that you can die from doing drugs, but I can't tell that just from the picture of Death.
Looking through the examples though, I'm not coming up with any ideas to show this though.
