The Hold the Line speech from Mass Effect.

Pick one of Kreia's little rants - any of them - and you'll find she's pretty damn good at doling them out. What makes it even better is that she can believably tear your character (or anyone else, for that matter) to pieces with a few choice phrases while keeping you in the dark as to her true nature. She doesn't need some epic Large Hamming to cut you down to size; she does it all in a normal tone of voice.

It should be noted that only part of this speech made it into the final game due to time restrictions and meddling (and the stabbing didn't make it either, unfortunately) but even in the content that wasn't cut she's really good at this sort of thing.
