Keep in mind that the Kin have only existed in this fragmented state for a comparatively short time, though; prior to the Silent Crusade and the fragmentation which took place immediately in its wake, the entire Kin species was part of a singular imperium which has stood for well over a millennium prior to its dissolution.

Its like we are all in the post-Golden Age.

The Order believe the old Human empire was corrupt and decaying from the beginning, a powerful era that might have served some good but failed. The golden age will be the inevitable eventuality when intolerance ends and mutual love, respect and exchange of ideas happens freely amongst all sentients.

GS, did anyone give you the go-ahead to enter the game with your race before you posted in the main thread? I know you posted them in the world-building thread yesterday night, but I'm not certain if they've been officially approved or not.

Verandi and Dotur will start shooting at each other in the near future. Whether this is resolved through diplomacy or war will be for time to tell. Everyone, please take this time to ponder where your nation might stand on the possibility of the first interstellar war in 100 years.

Hardline elements of Molo'Qraaat will try to steer it towards war, albeit in fairly subtle ways, if such can be managed.

Sorry guys, but you're going to have to wait a few days at the very least before I'll be able to post anything; I find myself caught in the grip of an unpleasant cold. >_<

That said, I'm still not able to get back into the right mindset for Zael Tofismet and the Kin; I fear my wellspring of inspiration and motivation on that front has almost run completely dry.

Perhaps; I experienced a resurgence of those symptoms yesterday, though I got them to die down somewhat.
