I don't go to the beach ever since I was a eleven years old - if that - so it doesn't really concern me.

I do, however, believe that there is no harm in it. If you don't like, you simply don't there. If you do like it, then you have a place to go where you won't get bothered by others and others won't get bothered by you.

I'm fairly sure that in all the various nudist places in the US, having public sex is illegal. Don't know what they could do about sexualization, but stopping sex itself is doable.
