Found a bit of time, while I couldn't find a good quality team rocket vid to screen cap...I did find this to screencap from Super Smash Bros Brawl. (a 4 panel and 3 panel version)

I kinda like the first Luigi one suggested a bit better. (though it might have to do with me playing SSBB atm, and I will admit to being a fan of Luigi)

I will admit, the twinkle is much clearer than my Luigi suggestion, and the way the panels are edited looks good.
