I know there has been a lot of anime concerning magical girlfriends but I have seen rarely the inverse.

I had an idea of my own to make a magical boyfriend show called Kitsune Ken.I also gave my kistune the character in his human form the appearance of all those typical everday high school boy leads to shake it up a little. He would be an adorkable, otaku who finds himself married to an African American girl named Stephania who catches him in his kitsune form and has to oblige to be engaged to her to keep up the masquerade.

He would be a Japanase exchange student in America and would have fire creating and manipulating powers.

I'm ALL for that! This genre is so freaking rare. The only one that comes close to it is Zettai Kareshi and that's only a manga and drama series (boy is a robot) lol

I dunno if I'd mix American and Japanese culture together in an anime though...it's just kinda....eh.

Barajou No Kiss is a mixture of magical boyfriend and 'okyaku-sama' shoujo.
