It's also quite a commitment to watch forty episodes just to get through one story arc... That's the downside to having a lot of episodes for those who aren't totally into it.
I always thought that Ali & En & Mamoru & Usagi were much more of a "Messy Love Rectangle" than the so-named episode. But it just occurred to me on reaching episode 57 again that the disobedient Cardian showed up after multiple episodes where Ali and En have been at odds with each other. Did their disharmony get pumped into some of their minions, eh?

You could say the same about Chibiusa. It's common knowledge there's Sailors for all the planets, even if most can't identify their personalities, but very few not in the fanbase seem to know about her.
I can't say exactly why I'm becoming a fan. I still find the episodes extremely contrived and cheesy, but the characters go about it with such sincerity it's endearing.
"No will to break."I still can't believe she just pulled a gun on Usagi. Imagine if it was real. She'd be the most competent villain in the series ever.

To pity someone is to tell them "I feel bad about being better than you."Reminds me of a scene in Pokemon XD where the local goons after you've finished getting items and information just wait outside and instead of battling, they just get a Gloom to use Sleep Powder and steal your stuff while you're out cold. There's also the Cipher grunt that wall clings above the healing machine, dropping down to battle within a few steps of healing after going through a lot of trainers.
"No will to break."I'm the opposite. First arc of SM is easily the least memorable/most generic in my book, with its saving grace being (some of) the monsters of the day in the anime adaptation.
Second Arc had the best main villains (I even loved Ail and An from the anime), Infinity introduced the Outer Senshi (my favorites of the heroes), and Dream had the most endearing Quirky Miniboss Squad in the Amazoness Quartet. Of the remaining two, I give Stars the edge for being what I feel is more of the series coming into its own.
Hmm, I'm still not totally sure whether you should watch Act 20 before or after the original episode 83.
Yeah. That's a tough question honestly.
Anyway, all the big secrets are in, and Crystal Tuxedo Kamen has a higher kill count than his original anime counterpart, despite starting off much weaker. Kinda funny how that works.
One Strip! One Strip! All the mega bombs. Diana's parentage was just kind of dropped and moved past pretty quickly. Yup, this Pluto definitely wants to bang Endymion. Venus continues to be the most redeeming part of this arc. Chibi-Usa once again causes more troubles. Venus and Tuxedo Mask continue to do all the work. Esmeraude is a serious lightweight. Bye Moon. Can Venus become the protagonist now? She's the one most worth watching at this point.
Your preferences are not everyone else's preferences.Minako's always been Best Senshi.
Who's second best?
One Strip! One Strip!A 6-episode ova type adaptation of Sailor V would be cool.
"No will to break."Hotaru is my Favorite Senshi Ever, with Makoto and Ami coming in as second and third (in part because I am a dedicated MakoAmi shipper). 'Nuff said.
... Well, no, I have one more thing to say: It's a damn shame that Codename Sailor V never got an Animated Adaptation of its own.

Fiat iustitia, et pereat mundus.Thirteen episodes! They could do 13 episodes!
The second arc may be filler, but I've found it pretty entertaining filler. And any chance to hear Cristina Vee sing is always great.
"No will to break.""Although it does sound like you're using the school festival to show off your personal talent." "I sure am."
Meanwhile I'm wondering why all the Daimon Eggs appear to be attaching to the same ornate manhole cover...
Oh here's a neat observation: The abandoned cat mansion in episode 91 looks exactly like Nephrite's mansion, only with different surroundings, suggesting that Nephrite didn't create the mansion so much as he moved or copied it.

Seems like the leak about the continuation of the Crystal anime might be fake :(

Mileena MadnessI heard it was a misunderstanding of what a "second season" even was or what the "new broadcast" was considered.
I'm not throwing in the towel until Toei does. I want a version of the manga I can watch, DAMN IT.
"No will to break."We will have to make our own motion comic in secret
And it will be full of Ren and Stimpy production music
Say, does Queen Serenity's dress (in either of◊ her incarnations) qualify for Impossibly-Low Neckline, since a strapless neckline is a subtype of the off-the-shoulder necklines that are typical for the trope?
Fiat iustitia, et pereat mundus.I just found Neon Alley's latest streaming schedule, and it appears that instead of getting the next 8 dubbed episodes in the middle of May, we're getting the first 23 episodes all over again! That's got to be just as big a mystery as your impossible dress thing!
...why?
To pity someone is to tell them "I feel bad about being better than you."
More often than not, the first installement is the one leaving a more lasting impression.
