Love the show.
Have they started doing more premieres on YouTube lately? I thought that a lot of their later stuff was relegated to Blistered Thumbs and Blip.
I enjoy it, usually more for their group interaction more than what they're playing.
"Tyyr's a necessary evil. " SpiritChat's now only for Turbo club members. Shame, but I do understand it's to quell the trolling and avoid abuse of SNARF and DERP. Anyone else's thoughts?
3000 viewers though? Wow.

I have to ask, does Ben have that concentrated face in other videos? For some reason, it amuses me.
VGA is okay, but I got tired of watching them just screw around in Minecraft and Team Fortress 2 for hours on end and don't really watch them anymore.

Groovy.Eh? They've done tons of non-Minecraft stuff for a long time now. In the last week or two alone I recall them doing Skyward Sword, Four Swords Adventures, Mass Effect, Rhythm Heaven, Asura's Wrath and The Darkness II.

True, maybe I haven't given them a fair shake.
Groovy.Fraser is an idiot sometimes but its funny.
Does anyone know what the hell accent his Maya Fey is supposed to be?
I can't believe they actually had a Shadow Chat member on. That's brilliant. And I love how the playstyles of the two partners were visibly different. (Though what happened with the second? Did he just lose it by the time they got to the mountain?)
I'm a big fan of the show. It really goes down to one of my favourite thing about games; the social aspect. There's nothing quite like hanging on a couch with a bunch of friends and playing through a good game.
Though bad games like Let's Play Ballet are funny too.
Likewise, last night's stream of Wii Party. They were having so much fun, it was hard to tell that they were actually hating on the game.
So...anyone else think that Becky should play more? She wasn't that great at Mario Galaxy, but her pancaking's so funny.
Saw a little bit of Sonic Generations...I'm wondering for anyone who's played it, is Fraser just sucking at it, or is the game sucking for Fraser?
The only episode I've seen was the Duke Nukem Forever episode, which was far more entertaining than the game itself. Their reactions to it matched up so closely to what I experienced playing it. The way they start out optimistic and gradually become more depressed as they realize it's not going to be any good. I think I might have seen some other episodes. Fraser doesn't seem too good at playing the games, but he's entertaining.

He sucks at the game.
Is this show still on TGWTG?
Not entirely sure. I have a feeling he briefly "rejoined" Blistered Thumbs (though I don't think he formally left) during that period when AdSense stopped paying them on YouTube (YouTube actually seems to pay them more than Blip), otherwise their Blip stuff seems to be hosted on videogamesawesome.com nowadays.

I just discovered these guys through their Bioshock Infinite playthrough. Fraser's playing style is rather...unorthodox compared to others I've seen, but I've grown to like it.
Looking for some stories?I really hate how Fraser is master of missing simple things when playing Phoenix Wright And then arguing that he is right
But yeah, these guys have awesome and hilarious videos even though they can be also really frustrating at times. Also, I could swear that Fraser's opinions on stuff reflect on what I think more casual "hardcore" gamers who don't know how things work think like even though thats not really the case :P Anyway, yeah, awesome show.
(For example of things he doesn't know about is what the next gen stuff are going to look like :P He seems to assume they will have same kind of jump as PS 2 to PS 3 had instead of it being mostly the same)
And yeah, they are on the guy with glasses site, they just only post first episodes of their let's play there and you have to keep up with them yourself instead of them keeping posting them on the site.

Show is also bit frustrating on games where story/atmosphere is the most important part because of their style. Like, it works worse with Metro than with Bioshock Infinite since Metro is much slower in terms of... Eh, hard to explain
I used to love watching this series, but I stopped watching after that 'Star Wars Trolling' video. From a commercial standpoint I think it's awesome, but I can't bear to watch any VGA afterwords.
Me and my friend's collaborative webcomic: Forged MenI watch it. Infact last Christmas I gave them Paper Mario The Thousand Year Door and Muramasa the Demon Blade. They unwrapped them during the show and said they would play them on the show. So my main goal is to watch those get played.
You look happy, I can change that if you want.
Just thought I'd create this thread to see what people think of one of TGWTG's lesser known shows, Video Games Awesome. Personally, I think it is one of the best shows the site has to offer; as it is perhaps the most unique (filming a gaming session, instead of the scripted reviews TGWTG is known for). It's casual gaming at it's finest, and I would highly recommend it.
