Don't have any problem with the current pic.
I find the current picture is effective — a clear example and quite evocative. A small image isn't necessarily bad: 350px wide is our top limit. Not every image has to be large.

Current picture cool with me too, but I can see what one means on disappointing. I'm fine with it being replaced if something more malevolent comes into play.
