Normally, this goes in an Image Pickin' thread. Anyway, if you need to resize the picture, you can do so yourself (maximum size for the wiki is 350 pixels wide) to whatever size is appropriate to the page in question. You then use the Image Uploader
to upload from your hard drive.
If you want to link a Namespaced page, use either a Characters/ or a Characters. in front of the main Wiki Word to link to that specific page. So, it would be Kingdom Hearts: Heroes or Characters.Kingdom Hearts Heroes.

Deboss means that you type Characters/KingdomHeartsHeroes to get Kingdom Hearts: Heroes.
But yes, for future reference, Image Pickin' is where you want to go for these discussions.

Also, I just noticed that the Aqua and Ven images have a similar problem. I was wondering, why does a weird aura thing show up on them?

Well, the image for Terra has this weird black glow around it, something that the others don't have. I was just wondering, how do I change it to something better like this
