This◊ from Good Burger, perhaps?
I might not be an objective judge because I'm familiar with the movie, but that looks more like a guy acting weird while working at a fast food place rather than being forced to look like a fool because he's working at a fast food place.

^^ All I get from that link is an anti-hotlinking page from retrojunk.com

Hm, I can't help thinking we've had this discussion before. Eh.
Fight smart, not fair.We have. Nobody suggested anything
...if you don’t love you’re dead, and if you do, they’ll kill you for it.Pretty much ANYTHING from Good Burger would qualify. The Nostalgia Critic's review of the movie provides more than enough screenshot opportunities.
Buffy in her "Double Meat Palace" uniform and hat
The main characters of ''Mr Meaty''◊
Eric Foreman in his Fatso Burger uniform◊ from That70s Show
Grand Theft Auto's Cluckin' Bell◊ and Burger Shot◊ outfits.
...if you don’t love you’re dead, and if you do, they’ll kill you for it.70s show is antihotlinking.
Fight smart, not fair.I'm not surprised. It's a tripod site.
New link to That 70's show burger uniform◊
...if you don’t love you’re dead, and if you do, they’ll kill you for it.There we go.
Fight smart, not fair. The Cluckin' Bell picture from GTA is already on Bad Job, Worse Uniform
I kinda like the Buffy pic, but the That70s Show pic is good too.
The Buffy one is the better picture of the dorky uniform/stupid hat combo, but I think the That 70s Show one is better for illustrating the soul-sucking quality of the job. And that's just as big a part of the trope. The "stupid uniform and hat" is another trope of its own:Bad Job, Worse Uniform.

...if you don’t love you’re dead, and if you do, they’ll kill you for it.Remember, this trope isn't about how bad the uniform is. I linked THAT one in my last post. This is about how fast food restaurants humiliate and demoralize it's workers as much as possible.
Buffy smiling while wearing a goofy hat = not this trope.
Eric from That70s Show frowning while he's bringing a tray of fast food to a customer = this trope.

I agree. The person certainly can't be enjoying it, or seeming to. Whether or not the current image is quite depressing enough is another story, but one would have to compare it to the That 70s Show pic.
I would also have to take issue with the title of this thread: "Not Particularly Foolish". That's not really the point of the trope; ridiculousness/foolishness is more under Bad Job, Worse Uniform. The trope is "depressing, low-paying job at a fast-food joint, most often but not always as a first job for a teenager." "Fool" conveys the sense of "This is not a good place to work" while preserving a reference to Burger King.
Maybe this shot◊ from the movie Better Off Dead?
Doesn't look sad and soul-torn at all.
Bump. Still think the That70s Show example is the best picture.
I'd be fine with that one...is there a larger version around?
EDIT: Found one, resized it down a bit.

Perfect. My soul is getting worn away just looking at his soul getting word away.
That's because he's staring directly into it... lol
Alright, the consensus appears to be for that pic so I'll put it up.
EDIT: Done, potholed, and tagged. I reworded the old caption a little, how's it look?

Hearing no objections, let's lock this up.
Okay, so, he's some guy working a grill. He looks fairly normal. Surely we can dig up a picture of someone working at a fictional fast food joint and wearing some sort of ridiculous costume?
