....
Come to think of it, he might have.
Just realized I forgot to use a Rule of Three pothole. I am sad.
...Meh. Life goes on.
One Strip! One Strip!I have been learning about this series from the shadows long enough, Its time for me to watch them for real.
Soo... I decided to start with OOO because the Tatoba theme is really cool.
So far I am on episode 6 and I am loving the hell out of it.

"Death's vastness holds no peace. I come at the end of the long road—neither human, nor devil... All bends to my will." -Demifiend.Oh, yeah. Skull was a movie Rider too, wasn't he?
I dunno. Yes, he does have the classic style, and he's based on Skull Man, aka Ishinomori's Batman and Uatu combined (last part my headcanon) but... again, I dunno. I'm not feeling it with him.
Maybe I should rewatch Movie Wars 2010 and reacquaint myself with the Skull Rider.
Now, another movies related questions; this time with the modernized Ishinomori Heroes.
You know, Akumaizer 3, Inazuman, Uchuu Tetsujin Kyodain, Daitetsujin 17, Poitrine...
What do you think of them? Their designs compared to the original, stuff like that. I ain't gonna ask to compare with the original due to their TV episodes being damn hard to find online, subbed or not—even I haven't found all of them—but are they good characters to you?
Me... well, being a cranky old man that calls y'all whippersnappers that I am, of course I prefer the originals. But I wanna hear the opinions of you young'uns.
However, manga!Inazuman is more fun than the Toku!Inazuman, due to being a funny douche. Of course, he grew up, but... the toku version at least got a proper ending.
Dammit, wish I can find those episodes.
A stranger is like the shadows. It is so common to the world everyone will just ignore them.Movie Wars 2010 is, of course, the best of all the Movie Wars films.
So the first trademark for the next series has been found. Kamen Rider EX-AID. So yeah that....could mean many things.
EX-AID? That sounds like it would mean many things. The first thing what comes to mind is Emergency Services-styled Rider(s).
You know, it would be cool to have a season based on The Four Gods. Though having two main dragon-based Riders would be confusing.
Continue the bloodline, Fujimaru!I wonder how the usual fans who are into the numbering themes could find a 9 for EX-AID...
You know, if your hunch is right and EX-AID is a rescue themed Rider... I do hope they would bring the Metal Heroes who are rescue themed back. Tokkei Winspector was fun to watch, they're the most likely candidate.
Alas, I guess they live in the Super Sentai universe.
A stranger is like the shadows. It is so common to the world everyone will just ignore them.Well if he is rescue themed and the base form is a crane, then the crane is a 9
... Why a crane? Only type I know are the ones used in constructions. I don't think I know the crane yer talking about...
Also, from tumblr; Rescue in Japan is Kyukyu... Kyu is also Japanese for Nine.
A stranger is like the shadows. It is so common to the world everyone will just ignore them.Well you know, lifting off the debris and stuff?
Oh, yeah.
Still, most people will think of ambulances and firetrucks when it comes to rescue.
Guess we just hafta wait and see.
A stranger is like the shadows. It is so common to the world everyone will just ignore them.Inb 4 LEL RESCUE FORCE
Actually there is a 9 theme in it already. Kyukyu=Rescue (like in Go Go V) kyu=nine
(and someone already mentioned this...)

Sounds like another Powered Armour Rider.
Sweet. Those dudes be my favourites. Though I would like to see another biological Rider soon.
Haven't really had someone like that since Gills.... and maybe OOO's, but Eiji never fully became a Greed, even if he got really close.
One Strip! One Strip!Yeah, biological riders aren't very popular. It's mostly either tech or magic.
Although we do have Amazons right now.

Kamen Rider has always been related with machines and high tech since Cyborg 009
Is Kamen Rider Black technological or biological with some magic in him? Or both? I don't remember...
Shin and J are biological, for sure.
A stranger is like the shadows. It is so common to the world everyone will just ignore them.Kingstone seems pretty magical. RX makes it messier with his forms.
For Heisei you could make case for Kiva as biological with the classic monsters, but they're also sorta magic.
Going down the list... Kuuga is magic. Agito sorta magic-biological I think? Ryuki mirror magic. Faiz is tech with a bit of bio. Blade magical-technological. Hibiki is magic. Kabuto is technological. Den-O is tech-magic. Decade is tech. Double is tech plus magic-like. OOO is magic (with techy Birth). Fourze is pure tech. Wizard is pure magic. Gaim is tech but interacts with biomagical Helheim. Drive is tech. Ghost is magic.
Kamen Rider Gills has always been a personal favorite of mine.
Do they really count as magic? I think mystic fits better, but that's just me. I mean, when people think magic, they think Doctor Strange, and Harry Potter. Only Wizard and Beast fit that bill.
Hibiki is both tech and mystic, since those tools have to come from somewhere, especially the modern ones. The ones in the Seven Oni movie? I dunno.
OOO was made from alchemy; I don't think it's in the same category as magic.
... And do paranormal ghostly stuff counts as magic?
Man, the Kamen Rider category is getting messier as the years go by lol
For once, a Remodeled Human for the next Kamen Rider is all I want. Go back to basics with it. Hell, even Resident Evil 7 is going back to basics by being set in a big creepy house.
A stranger is like the shadows. It is so common to the world everyone will just ignore them. You know, if the new series is Emergency Services themed, I would want the villains to be Showa-era styled organization.
Continue the bloodline, Fujimaru!Differentiating mysticism, alchemy and wizardry is pointless hair-splitting. It's like saying that showa cyborgs and heisei power-armour style riders can't stand together as technology based.
So I group them together exactly to reduce the messyness of categories. It already has enough weirdness like "mystic something controlled by technological gadgets" like Blade.
Hibiki's main thing is people becoming mystical oni. Supplemental tools are just supplemental.

Hmm... not to mention that before Kamen Rider Amazon aired, people think that Kamen Riders must be cyborgs or something. Ishinomori proved them wrong by having the sole oddball of the Showa era in Amazon.
The categorization was a mess to begin with. Super Sentai and the Ultra Series had it easier; a team of five—sometimes four or three—with some extra Ranger(s) ever since Kyoryu Sentai Zyuranger, and a guy who's a part of a sciencey team with high tech toys (or accessories in Seven and Ace's case, an eyepiece and rings respectively) who had a fancy gadget that allows them to transform into a giant of light. Except Ultraman Jack who uses his will power to change at, er, will.
Metal Heroes are even easier; they need to wear a suit of armor, or are made of it. And some cool guns and swords.
A stranger is like the shadows. It is so common to the world everyone will just ignore them.Yeah.
Mystical and Magical are more or less the same thing. Alchemy, while often differentiated is more like Magic with Scientific methods applied to it. No matter what however, they are all arguably fall under the same category.
Some riders mix Magic and Tech pretty liberally as well (the Ryuki riders use tech to wear magical creatures as armour, while summoning pieces of them or the full bodies as weapons, and then there's Blade and Gaim).
One Strip! One Strip!
I choose to believe that Kotaro somehow bent space time by sheer force of will, stole a certain Zector, returned to his timeline, Clocked Up, then did the transformation sequence you described.
Just makes more sense to me that way.
Freaking banana daggers. You just know Baron would've made them work.
Ok, who let Light Yagami in here?
