While the page image is appropriate, being the cover of the first chapter, she's pretty clearly naked. The image even shows nipples.

I'm...not seeing nipples. She's facing away from the screen.

Might still be arguably NSFW, though.

Oh please. The worse I'm seeing from that picture is part of the curve of her butt cheeks.

If you want to raise up something as an issue, then raise up the fact that the current image links to Background Halo, who's picture is almost (but not technically by site standards) the same picture, which in turn links right back to The Meek.

I would support a different picture, because this does better as the halo (and eliminates possible NSFW in the process) trope.

I don't know the work, though...

I am now known as Flyboy.

[up]x2 However tame it may be, it will still get you in trouble if your boss or a librarian or what have you walks by and sees it on your screen, and is thus Not Safe For Work.

[up][up] It's your fault for looking at sites not related to work in the first place, and librarians aren't suppose to peer on your own personal usage of the internet. If one just happens to glance at the computer monitor while passing by, then chances are they're not going to see the fairly small picture in enough detail to see that she's naked, and even if they do, they'll probably recognize the artistic use of character posing to censor up the nudity. If they press you for that, then it's none of their damn business.

Agreeing with DRCEQ on this one. The page image is pretty much the best option for the work, and is less NSFW than half the banner ads I've seen around the site. It's nudity in the manner of a renaissance painting, and a tame one at that, and if any outside observer gets worked up over it that's their problem, not ours.

It's also been here for a year and this is the first time anyone's complaining, so maybe we should just let it drop.
