I've never come across this list before today. I'm not sure if discontinuing it is necessary, since it can be a good resource for Wiki Magic, but something needs to be done to make it more obvious to tropers. I only encountered it by seeing it indexed to one of those tropes...but the fact that they have so few examples almost certainly means next to no one is going to see it.
Possibly when a trope is found that is eligible for that page, it comes to TRS first, and we see if it needs to be YKTTW'd, cut, or simply put on this index for extra Wiki Magic.

The standard behavior upon seeing a trope with little-to-no examples is to send it back through YKTTW. Many of the listed examples already have a TRS open for them. Some of them are extremely viable tropes (like Blind Alley, or What Is This, X?), others...probably not (Adjacent to This Complete Breakfast, maybe Overly Cool Play Space).
