There's strong overlap between the definitions; I'm not convinced this warrants two separate pages.
Rhetorical, eh? ... Eight!

Rewarding Inactivity has a vaguely worded definition. The examples are all over the place, many of them being Sheathe Your Sword.

Waiting Puzzle is the okder of the two I think, and Rewarding Inactivity is poorly defined and half its examples belong on Sheathe Your Sword.
Kill Rewarding Inactivity.

Comparing Rewarding Inactivity and Waiting Puzzle.. there's not a huge difference and many of the examples are interchangable. In my opinion, we could:
A) Cut Waiting Puzzle and soft split Rewarding Inactivity into sections for "waiting to solve a puzzle," and "not playing the game."
or
B) Redistribute the examples to be appropriate, with Rewarding Inactivity becoming being rewarded for not playing the game, and Waiting Puzzle becoming about.. waiting puzzles.
I'd prefer A, neither trope is all that healthy, and merging the examples would probably bump Rewarding up to the minimum wick limit.
