A Game of Gods: Infinities

The attack hit Vile point blank. his helmet cracked from the impact and he flew backwards spining into a crystal wall. As Vile was spining his shoulder cannon went off, hiting the top of the crystal wall, causing a chunk of it to break off and fall on him. Vile was pinned to the ground from the waist down.

Chun-li limped herself out of sight of Vile and then sat down to try to catch her breath. Hopefully that has injured him to the point where he can't move anymore, because she couldn't fight or outrun him anymore.

Antroz got off the destral cycle.

He glared at the demon.

"Mutts aren't welcome here".

With a wave of his hand two more destral cycles appeared, one of them was larger and spikier; it had a notcibly larger engine than the rest and strangly had what seemed to be a sheath for a sword.

"should we collide head on with the incoming fools the bike's will have more than sufficient armour to tear the enemy apart...........oh, and the big bike is for Rey".

Back When Chun-Li and Vile Were Fighting

Dr. Nefarious cackled with glee as he impacted at least one of the poor fools that got in his way... almost too long to notice the forcefield being put up. He just barely pulled upward enough to avoid the forcefield. The doctor then turned around and noticed the homing missile that was right on his tail. Completely forgetting one of Newton's Laws, he grabbed one of the rocket's tailfins, hoping to return it to its sender.

Sadly, this would not be the case; the momentum of the missile caused both to spin like a top directly into the forcefield.

*BOOM*

The force of the blast caused Nefarious to land in a heap near Chun-Li.

Now

The doctor slowly stood up, heavily shaken by the explosion. When he saw Vile pinned to the ground with a large chunk of crystal, he walked over to the movement-impaired robot... and began to laugh maniacally at him.

"All of that weaponry, and you couldn't even kill a lowly squishie!" he said, using his nickname for organics in general.

Vile exploded with rage.He got up tossing the crystal had pinned him off with a sudden burst of power. He turned and stared at Nefarious. "How dare you imply that I am weak! Who are you to talk down to me.!"

In the Crystal City

A lone unit was walking down the empty street, heading towards the site of battle. Due to the installed cameras placed everywhere in the City by Gunner's G-Roids, the fight was noted by the inhabitants of the castle. What was moving towards the downed street figter's general area was a black colored unit in the shape of a panther, albeit one that looked like an armored robot, dark plating covering its body of alternating sharp and smooth design.

Pulsing purple lines lit up its interior, lending it an eery hue. it's tail lashed around, a thick cord woven from flexible metal fibers and tipped with a black tube that lent the tail an expressive air. It's head was a helm in the shape of a panther's head, glowing with golden optics that peered at the world with an inquisitive nature. Even minute steel whiskers were artfully placed upon the head's side, making the model even more realistic.

Digging its claws into the ground, it regarded the group with glowing optics before slinking away, searching for the female via heat signature. Prowling to her location, it regarded the woman with its feline head, and asked, "Would you accept any assistance?" Overall, the design was much sleeker and more polished than the Gunner's other models.

Three of the Tick Choppers veered away from their charge at Shotaro, going for Grey when they noticed him, but only one was able to avoid the sphere when it sprang up. The other two were knocked off their bikes, sending the creatures sprawling. They hopped to their feet, still snarling, readying the metal balls they were carrying. The one still on it's cycle also grabbed one of the spheres, all of them starting to hurl them in Grey's direction. The other three were still bearing down on Shotaro, hissing loudly as they did.

It was all he could to duck and roll to avoid the golden energy blasts, but a strange chuckle emerged even though the creature's previous injuries surely had to have been hit. The large demon flashed a shiny metal grin. "Well then, if you're so sure about that, maybe you'd like to try your 'and at fightin' with the Squealer!"

He seemed to leap up, and wings on his back...strange, spidery webbed wings...spread just enough to give him the hangtime to land back in his green car, revving it to life and sending it shooting forward, aiming it for Antroz.

Lita took a step forward, and the crowd started to become hushed, waiting to hear their queen speak. She took a deep breath, apparently steeling herself.

"Citizens of Bladehenge, members of Ironheade," she began. "As you must now all be aware...the rages of war have come yet again to our land. The rumors of a sighting of Doviculus were true...and the Doom have resurfaced with a strange new leader."

This caused a series of whispers amongst the crowd, which were quickly shushed when Lita began to speak again.

"We will need the bulk of our forces to prepare, as we must eradicate these threats from our land once and for all, and before they have gained too strong a foothold as they had once before. We will have to move fast, and we will-,"

A shadow suddenly swept over the crowd, almost like a large bird, but even as there were gasps of surprise, different members of the crowd began pointing upwards at the figure clad all in black that had just flown over them, and was now holding his position in the air over them, just out of easy range...Rey, more or less hovering in place with quick flaps of his wings, arms folded nonchalantly behind his back, a smug smile on his face.

"Please, don't stop the speech on my account, Queen Lita," he said. "I was really enjoying a chance to hear you orate in person."

Chun-li looked at the panther robot. When it asked her if she needed assistance, she breathed a sigh of relief.

"Yeah," Chun-li nodded, though speaking softly as to not reveal her location to Vile. "That insane man injured my leg and tried to kill me."

The doctor laughed some more, but then he thought about the reploid's apparent unfamiliarity with him. The doctor loved attention almost as much as he hated squishies, and he was incensed by the thought that this robot who hated organics did not know of the great Dr. Nefarious!!

He said with a pompous tone, "Ha! You are little more than an ant before me, Doctor Nefarious! The one who shall lead robotkind to annihilate all squishies!"

Dubix hopped on one of the bikes the Tickers were kicked off of. He held the handlebars and in one powerful turn, he had it face the other ticks. "ALL RIGHT... THIS IS JUST LIKE YOUR ALT MODE... JUST DON'T SCREW UP..." Dubix thought as he revved up the engine. He then drove to the straying Tickers, skidding his bike to attack them.

Flutterbitch arrived to report her findings just in time to see Fleetus bring up a large group of Tick Choppers to attack. "Oh, just my lucky day!" the pony taunted. "All those cute little monkeys to squash with plenty of sharp teeth to make jewelry out of!" The pegasus then swooped down towards the demons. 'DEATH FROM ABOVE, BITCHES!!" she hollered, unleash blasts of lightening into the attacking motorcycles.

"HA HA HA HA HA! If my name was not Vile I would laugh at your.Crap my left arm's and all of its weapons are busted, but I won't need them to take this chump. He has quite the clear Weakpoint." Vile aimed his right shoulder cannon at Nefarious' Head. "That brain of your's does not seem very protected. I can splatter it on the ground for you if you want."

"Request acknowledged. Model Hades shall now provide assistance." The feline G-Roid immediately began recalibrating itself, pushing its pieces into different sockets and reattaching parts to assume bipedal form, it's forelegs rotated into arms and hind legs thickened and mocked forward to become humanoid legs. Kneeling down, it picked up the woman in its arms before stretching back up to the standing height of eight feet.

Before long, the thing mapped out a fresh route that would take them in a roundabout way towards the castle without being in view of the other two hostiles. "Model Hades is ashamed of mechanical brethren with a few screws loose." The robot remarked, apparently having some sort of humor installed in its processors.

I stepped offa' the bus, Damn thing almost tilted, I was so heavy. Heavier than normal, I mean. Far as I could tell, I had an even worse understandin' of what was goin' on. I guess this'd happened before and this Jack guy knew Rey and the fella' with the ax and guitar. And the Doctor, too, but he still didn't seem like much of a problem. I looked over this army again. Now that I thought about it, they did look kinda' intimidatin'. Those bikes looked pretty nice, too. Wondered if they'd let me ride one. I didn't need to show 'em my stuff. They'd find out soon enough, anyway.

Then, Rey showed up, hoverin' over us like a goddamn vulture. Smug fucker. Good thing I had somethin' for smarmy bastards like that. I wasn't all to familiar with the guy, so I didn't really have any qualms about usin' it. I raised my right hand and a swarm a'bees came flyin' out. A dull hum filled the air as they swamred around Rey, tryin' to get their stingers into his skin.

A bolt of lightning lanced down from above to strike the Tick Choppers. "You may harm these betrayers, but do not kill them." Said Doviculus, rushing into the fray with staff-ax clutched firmly in hand. "I have use for them and their ilk."

"The armored one is a robot?" Chun-li said, somewhat surprised. She had thought Vile was a soldier of some sort. Chun-li could not help but be carried to the castle by Model Hades.

"Err, I am Chun-li," she introduced herself.

Shock and alarm were written upon Jack's face as he first gazed up at Rey, having missed his sudden appearance. But that swiftly changed to grim resolve. He stepped forward to stand to the side and slightly behind Lita.

"With your permission, Queen Lita," he murmured, "I will begin my service to your cause by dealing with this demon who has taken the form of my friend."

Then, he raised his voice as he glared up at Rey's hovering figure.

"You are not welcome here! Why do you disturb our gathering?!"

"A pleasure to meet you, Chun-Li. I am Model Hades. My inventor has instructed that newcomers and stragglers be given safe refuge in her castle." The robot responded back, a bit of a happy tone creeping into its speech patterns.

"Model Hades is new to the world, only having been activated for 120 hours, fifty minutes, and eight seconds. Inventor has instructed Model Hades to learn how to live and not just exist. Can you tell Model Hades what to do to treat you?" The G-Roid inquired, waiting to input new data into its system.

Nefarious started laughing even harder than usual... too hard for his brain to handle.

The gears in his mechanical brain sped up, then suddenly jammed, causing Nefaious to stand as if he was a grunt at boot camp, with his mouth hanging open like an idiot. If Vile listened closely enough, he would hear a strange radio broadcast; it was supposedly being played by Nefarious himself.

So put the money back in Parker's trust and get out. It's not like you've got a shot with her anyway.

"My left leg was shot," Chun-li said, pointing to her left leg which was bleeding from the injury. "I'm not sure what is wrong with it beyond that, though."

"Probably try to stop the bleeding for one thing," Chun-li explained. She was not good with medical stuff.

Vile took a closer look at Nefarious. Seeing that his brain was actully robotic and had jammed. "Well might as well take advantage of this." Vile pointed his arm at Nefarious and fired a Missile.

"Is there a foreign object embedded in said extremity, or was it clean?" Model Hades asked. A bit of knowledge was put into his think tank so he could preserve lives if need be until better treatment could be applied.

Cletus hoisted up the Behemoth and grinned beneath his armor.

"I'll take good care of it. Maybe I can keep some of the jungle's predators away."

Scorpion began panicking as soon as he lost control over his body. He didn't see the point in it- after all, he was a deadly assassin, trained in the art of moving with absolute precision. In a presumably ninja-less world, Doviculus would probably send him into unstealthy work. When the Tick Choppers came, he forced himself to fling hellfire at them in any way possible.

"I'm not sure," Chun-li said to Model Hades, shrugging. "Probably not, but you might want to check anyway."

"Everything went by too fast," Chun-li replied to Model Hades, still being carried.

The missile hit Nefarious right in the face, knocking him out of his stupor and off his feet. However, Nefarious quickly righted himself with his thrusters and said, "Oh, so that's how you want to play. Well, then... try some of this!!"

Two small modules in Nefarious's shoulders rose, small holes dotting the front of them. These modules launched a hail of missiles at Vile.
