I was surprised not to find a thread on one of the most popular zombie games on steam. Its actually a lot of fun and the perks system can be pretty addicting. Not too mention the rush of even playing solo against an army of zombies.

Hmm, yeah, I've mentioned it somewhere before, while I can't call Killing Floor "great" game(its pretty unpolished and stuff xD There are only two char voices for all characters for example, so it kind of breaks suspension of disbelief even if there wasn't funny british accent or arcade style gameplay), but its fun and aren't that what games are supposed to be? xD

First time I played it:

My favorite zombie shooter ever. I just love getting headshots with the lever-action rifle! Well, I love getting headshots in general =P

I mostly play the Sharpshooter, partly because you start with a pistol anyway and pistols become more powerful with that perk. Second most-used perk would be the Commando.

I just thought of something:

When does the Summer Sideshow event end?

The game is.. strange. My friends and I had a good laugh at how over the top the "matrix-like" effects are.

I beat a normal game last night for the first time by myself. Goddamn, the hunting shotgun is powerful!

Eh, I stick with the regular shotgun until I can get the AA-12.

It was fun for a week.

The following week, I had played a game and afterwards realized I spent 3 hours headshotting just to level up the sniper sub-type (or w/e they call it).

I hate grinds so I stopped. It's fun once in awhile tho (to blow off steam. On steam. Bad joke is bad).

Eh, I just kinda join a game and see what happens.

Plus, once you get into Level 3 for any Perk, you're kinda set.

After all, at Level 3 Support Specialist, late-game, you'll be able to carry both an AA-12 and an M-79 in addition to the starting Beretta and Knife. Not to mention the Grenades.

I just hacked myself max level in all the classes years ago when the game first out and they couldn't catch it, I still play pretty often with my friends though. We all play on the hardest difficulty and typically die, except on the maps that we have downpat like the london streets map and such.

I usually play demolitions, stickin with a shotgun and an M79 until I can get to the revolver launcher. It's great for taking down Flesh Pounds. If I have the money on-hand I go to support and get my AA-12.

I mostly keep the game fresh and grind-free by switching playstyles wildly. At the moment, my lowest level is berserker, at level five. But yeah, I tend to have a lot of fun in this game by playing as stupidly as possible and seeing if it gets me killed.

Should've checked the list.

Well, its Halloween again and this time its Hillbillies instead of circus freaks.

Its pretty nice that steam workshop is nowadays available for this game.

I've heard that a DLC weaponry pack was released, and it contained an STG44. Anyone got a link?
