I would assume that people who would sing "I'm Stuck In Traffic" would be the prettiest people in the jam. Everyone else watches.

Diplomacy will continue as normal. Ambassador #1 sings his negotiating position, then he turns to the Audience and sings the Truth. Ambassador #2 does exactly the same. By the Power Of Music Ambassador #1 never hears what Ambassador #2 sings to the Audience and vice versa.
