Who ever said the apocalypse had to be hopeless? Most of my characters I've played that came from places like that tend to be among the more cheerful ones.

I mean this setting that we're in. No one's doing anything with it except bitching that I don't have a full world map of anything...

Only one person ever did.

And that person has simply lowered their expectations by a lot.

So I don't "hate" it.

The NCR only has 2 problems, too much papperwork, and which govement lacks that? And it is streched beyond its limits...

I'm fond of the location, Rhyme. Really.

I just find it hard to play from personal problems.

What were you expecting Rai?

My opinion on it is neutral currently.

And by near the 2300s, people wouldn't really have to scavenge to survive by then. I expect a good number of towns there.

...I dunno. Some place that while it is primarily a pokemon world, isn't so...pokecentric? Like, it doesn't revolve around that one aspect so hard?

...Not sure how to explain properly.

Not that I mind anymore if it does. I'll just do my own spin on this thing, like I should probably have done from the start.

I don't mind the setting, really. I would like to try a setting of my own, no doubt about that, but that has nothing to do with pokemon or anything else.

As for time.... which probaly only really matters to fallout people...

I am thinking the group shows up AS liberty prime is doing his thing...

This means project purity should be starting, not gimping water supply... but leaving the enclave active enough for the posible interactions it will cause.
