I'd dismiss it on the fact he's waited this long to say something.
Yeah, Tim Langdell's case with Mirror's Edge is also similar that one of the court dismissal is because they take too long to sue...
Give me cute or give me...something?Actually it is exactly the same thing.
Statute on limitations for copyright infringement suits is three years.
Wanker's book came about in 2002, Assassin's Creed in 2007.

It's not over. Not yet.And the suit is in 2012. any way you slice it, that's 5 years at minimum.
Very big Daydream Believer. "That's not knowledge, that's a crapshoot!" -Al Murray "Welcome to QI" -Stephen FryStill stupid anyway you look at it.
I'm surprised I first heard about this game just two weeks ago. I'll try to only post info that hasn't already been discussed here.
Limited areas of Philadelphia will be appearing in select missions, similar to Rome in ACII.
This preview talks about various aspects of the game, a few that stand out to me are that:
- Injured enemies can be tracked through blood trails left in the snow.
- Random Events will be in the game
- Amongst the weather effects are fog and rain the latter of which will prevent the use of guns.
- "Connor has a rope-dart, which he can use as a sort of violent zip-line to slam into his injured targets at speed. At one point, this was going to be a ‘chain blade’ until the devs decided that was too sci-fi. The rope-dart was a genuine Chinese item of the time."
An interview from pennyarcade goes over some of the difficulties in creating a Native American protagonist as well as why, despite having historically taken place and being seriously considered during development (even appearing in the demo), scalping will not be available to the player. It is unknown if this extends to NPCs or other story elements.
The three special editions include the following in-game content:
- Special

- Traditional Colonial Assassin skin
- A Dangerous Secret memory (+ Flintlock Musket)
- Join or Die
- Sharpshooter multiplayer persona (+ 1 Relic, 1 Emblem, "The Jester" Avatar, "The Jester" Title)

- Sharpshooter multiplayer persona (+ 1 Relic, 1 Emblem, "The Jester" Avatar, "The Jester" Title)

Nothing is currently known about the plot/setting/content/etc. of the extra memories though their names and the unique weapon rewarded upon completion of each may provide some clues.

.....Yay or nay?
but is he perverted clone Benjamin Franklin?????????
"Never let the truth get in the way of a good story." TwitterThat article is awesome. I hope Ubisoft doesn't get yelled at too much by Real Patriotic Muricans who can't stand that their idols are getting the rough edges shown.
"It's Occam's Shuriken! If the answer is elusive, never rule out ninjas!"If they do, they have never seen Seventeen Seventy Six.
Paraphrased question Franklin asks: Why should I get/wake up and go with Adams to see the continental army and convince another member of the comity to sign the Declaration?
Answer from one of the other people: "For the drinking and whoring."
Franklin: *Immediately gets up* "What are we waiting for?"
Yu hav nat sein bod speeling unntil know. (cacke four undersandig tis)the cake is a lie! However they portray him in game, I think he's going to be a memorable character at the very least.
I'd like if it Connor considers Franklin a Dirty Old Man and hates having to go to his workship to get Codex pages decoded/upgrades to his Tomahawk.
But I can't wait to be bros with George Washington.

It's not over. Not yet.We don't even know if he will be a bro at all in this series, so hold your horses. He could be a complete dick for all you know. :P
:(
It's not over. Not yet.Watch Benedict Arnold be the only sympathetic NPC in the game.
Politics is the skilled use of blunt objects.I'd be 0kay with that
"Never let the truth get in the way of a good story." TwitterSHUT UP AND TAKE MY MONEY.

Very big Daydream Believer. "That's not knowledge, that's a crapshoot!" -Al Murray "Welcome to QI" -Stephen FryHeh, we get to unlock secret gameplay footage. Nice. By spamming our social media. Ugh. I hate forced viral campaigns.
"It's Occam's Shuriken! If the answer is elusive, never rule out ninjas!"Yes, I was rather disappointed.
Oh well, I'll let other people handle this.
Very big Daydream Believer. "That's not knowledge, that's a crapshoot!" -Al Murray "Welcome to QI" -Stephen Frymeh all you do is press a button. nothing really hurt. we will get the trailer even if we dont pass the goal
Haven't played these, but I think I'll get AC 3.
I vowed, and so did you: Beyond this wall- we would make it through....I suddenly feel the need to make Recap pages for the other AC games. I know that there are a couple of good info sites, but for people like that would be more info then they need.
@ What makes you want to play AC 3?
Yu hav nat sein bod speeling unntil know. (cacke four undersandig tis)the cake is a lie!
Yeah, Assassin's Creed makes references to God and Jesus.
Except AC explicitly says they don't exist, it was aliens.
Dickhead's book is all about using ancestral genetic memory to prove God and Jesus existed as well as Creationism.
If it was me I'd dismiss it on those grounds alone.
It's not over. Not yet.
