To be fair, the show looks like it sucks ass, so anything they do to the article can only improve it.

[up] I can exclaim this, right? I'M SURE NOBODY WANTS THAT!!!

How does one get barred from posting on 4Chan, anyway. All I really said is that this show stinks hard on there , and for obviously good reasons, too!

Looking at it, it seems to be trying to swing "generic slice of life but Animesque" and looks to be cutting corners. I predict spectacular failure.

Gee,this makes Bobs Burgers look like Scooby Doo Mystery Incorporated or Avatar The Last Airbender (which might be the most fluid looking and detailed shows out there).

Whaddya know someone went Beyond the Impossible, and that already seems like a bad sign

So, like, has anyone watched the show yet? Seen if it's actually good or bad?

It's average at most. I was hitting the treadmill for an hour and I happened to run smack dab into a back to back weekday airing, so I sat through 2 of them. Nothing special really, just typical Junior High School antics. It would have flown under the radar just like many shows like it if it weren't for the art style, and let's admit it that's what's got most people riled about it.

[up] It's because it's said to be insulting anime fans, even weeaboos (The kind of anime fan you love to hate, and for good reasons...).

The show overall is considered so shit to people that those who live in Canada want to leave said nation because of ashamed they are that this came from there!

Exactly as expected. Well, I was expecting it to be worse than average. The show just screams executives trying to cash in on a style and cutting the funding to every other aspect of the show to me.

[up]Execpt they were easily disposed of when people caught on - especially anything on Disney Channel after Kim Possible's success rate.

Is it too harsh to say that seeing this show reminds me of the Ctrl+Alt+Del cartoon?

Also, would you folks kindly point out some good Canadian Western animation, just for my own personal elucidation? I can't help but feel that the perception exists that they make all the bad shows. I know they can do live-action well (Stargate SG-1 etc.) but am not sure about animation.

Really, most of the problems I can see here stem from bad writing and a lack of effort.

Apparently, people are trying to turn this into the next MLP (Ironically or not). No one can seem to figure out whether or not these folks are serious or not.

As for me, I just thought this avatar was hilarious and had something of an AHEGAO face.

Clone High was probably one of the last Canadian cartoons that was hand-drawn on paper. Someone correct me if I'm wrong.

Being hand-drawn has nothing to do with quality. Clone High was great because it was superbly written.

And Flash can be just as gorgeous. Look at MLP and Foster's.

[up] Agreed. Especially on MLP (only because I wasn't a fan of Foster's overall, but its animation WAS badass).

[up][up][up][up] Which show lasted two years that you're not telling me about. Please enlighten me - my mind's a blank with it.

Has there been an episode of it yet? If so, someone give me a summary of what it's about in a PM (too f*cking lazy to read the last 3 pages) so I can decide if I care.

I saw the first video link. I'm really not sure what to think. It's... odd. The main character seems cool, but that isn't really enough to go on.
