Hey, ol' reliable PC keyboard is still used widely today, on account that you can write what you really meant without considering things like accent, speech pattern, occasional musing, background noise, or constantly yelling neighbour.
I figured that direct brain-text interface will face similar problem, makes them only good for making draft.

To be fair, their Sailor Costume(tm)(?) probably had tech to do that. It's just prudent to have that functionality. They had, like, 10000 years of history, that's improbable that their special combat force didn't have easy-to-use high-mobility gear. If Outer Haven and Tony Stark can do it with non(?)-magical tech and less time, then Silver Millenium should be able to do te same, too.
