Unless I'm forgetting a big release, all I have left this year is Woolly World and X.
The latter I'll get for Christmas, the former I'll probably get when it becomes available.
You cannot firmly grasp the true form of Squidward's technique!Didn't we have this conversation like two pages ago?
XCX, definitely. I'll also be finishing up some backlog games and getting some Smash DLC.
Fatal Frame 5. Not sure if big, but it's a great series.

In North America it is digital only.
I might get it I'm not that big of a fan of horror games.
I plan on getting XCX next.
Batman Ninja more like Batman's Bizarre AdventureIf we're talking about future releases, here are the known 2016 Wii U games (in the west).
- Star Fox Zero (Q1 2016)
- SMT x FE (should be first half 2016, though not guaranteed)
- Pokken Tournament (Q2 2016, 95% May release)
- Mario & Sonic at the Rio 2016 Olympic Games (probably first half 2016)
- Project Guard (assumed)
- Zelda U (not technically confirmed for 2016, but safe to assume, also likely cross-gen)
And other known possible games:
- Project Giant Robot (I don't think it was ever confirmed alive or dead, but last we heard it was still officially a thing)
- Pikmin 4 (no platform announced, apparently near completion)
Assuming everything comes out on Wii U that year it's... not great, but probably better than Wii 2012. The benefits of collaboration projects I guess.
Your preferences are not everyone else's preferences. Not interested in X, primarily because I haven't finished the first Xenoblade yet. (Yes, I know the plots aren't connected. But I have a compulsion to do things strictly in order, whether they're connected or not.)
Wooly World's not particularly catching my eye, either, though I might pick it up just to goof around with it. When I have a bit more money.
Absolutely nothing in the 2016 lineup interests me yet.
...I guess I'm mostly holding out for a revival of the Virtual Console.
"It's liberating, realizing you never need to be competent." — UltimatepheerOutside of Pokken, I can't really say anything confirmed for 2016 is catching mine either. I am still looking forward to the FE game on 3DS, but I don't really know any other 3DS games coming out I'd wanna get.
Hoping to get a Xbone for Christmas or at least some time soon. Tons of games I'd love to play on that. Yeah I know about PC, don't have the best laptop, that much money, or the patience to make a gaming laptop. My current one is fine.
Even some recent games I've gotten for Wii U I haven't played much of. Splatoon I played for a few weeks after launch but got bored with it. I know theirs been many updates but I just can't seem to get back into it. I think it's the hype that's killing it for me. Super Mario Maker I got for my birthday, played then and the day after then dropped it. I plan on going back to it soon but I feel like a shit creator and I rarely play community levels. And Smash I do enjoy but I haven't played it in so long since I don't have many people to do local and when I do they aren't too interested most of the time, I don't usually play online on Smash, and I got burned out from playing Smash alone after putting in so many hours on the 3DS version.
I also can't really say I'm hyped for Zelda U. Mostly cause no one knows that much about it and while the trailer was pretty cool, it didn't blow me away. When I see more of it then I'll be hyped. Right now, I can wait.
My Tumblr "If theirs one thing I'm good at, it's blowing" Jesse Cox 2013So, I finally downloaded Shantae and the Pirate's Curse.
It's still downloading but I hope I'll like it. I enjoyed Mighty Switch Force and Duck Tales Remastered so it's likely I'll enjoy it somewhat.
You know, I have to wonder why Pit is obsessed with this site. It’s gonna ruin his life!A Twilight Princess icon has been found within the eShop. HD remake or Wii download coming?

Probably Wii download.
Twilight Princess HD would've made for a nice holiday title. Alas, it's probably the Wii port if it's anything.
I'm honestly shocked they never did more Gamecube/Wii remasters after Wind Waker. Would've been quick and cheap filler to fill out the schedule and please a few fans. Sunshine and Twilight Princess could stand to have a few flaws fixed anyway.
Your preferences are not everyone else's preferences.Though I hope if they remake it they use the GCN version because the Wii version everything was flipped.
Batman Ninja more like Batman's Bizarre AdventureI suspect that if/when they do remake it they'll have both options available. That way everyone is pleased. Though I don't really care which way as long as it gets Wind Waker's gyro controls.
Your preferences are not everyone else's preferences.I still think that Wii TP should've given us the option to have Link be left-handed for those who are lefties, like me. Same with Skyward Sword.
You know, I have to wonder why Pit is obsessed with this site. It’s gonna ruin his life!I'm not sure whether that was something the Wii even could have handled.
I'm not left-handed but I would've liked the option.

Batman Ninja more like Batman's Bizarre AdventureHm. I don't think it's a download of the Wii version- those icons have a rectangular box with the game logo, framed by the Wii logo.
An HD Remaster would be cool, but I doubt they'd randomly announce it and release it so quickly.
That's why we need one of those ding dang Directs, man! There's smoke all over the place but we need the fire! Smash, this... something is up.

Visit my Tumblr! I may say things. The Bureau ProjectWe don't know yet.
"Thanks for the lesson. But I don't need you to tell me who I am."We haven't had one since Iwata died have we? I wonder if they decided to stop doing them.
Nah, they'll definitely resume. His passing likely just put it on halt for a while.
Also possible that they simply don't have anything to announce at the moment.

You cannot firmly grasp the true form of Squidward's technique!Iwata's passing put them on hold, but they've confirmed that they'll be back eventually. But there are a lot of announcements to be made.
- Overdue Smash DLC + ballot commentary
- Splatoon update (playable Octolings?)
- Wii VC (people are finding evidence of stuff like Galaxy and Other M)
- TP HD
- Pokemon Z (overdue, though probably won't be revealed in a Direct)
- Show off more of the holiday games (especially Mario Tennis)
- Mobile game
- Club Nintendo replacement
Something has to be coming soon. Though that's been the case since mid-September, but that doesn't make it less true.
Your preferences are not everyone else's preferences.
X marks the spot baby.
