Now the decision I have to make: organize by console or by series?
"It's liberating, realizing you never need to be competent." — UltimatepheerConsole. I find it's easier to decide what I want to play that way.
Same. That's what I did with the folders on my 3DS.
I just wish there were different choices for folders, like having a little NES controller as the icon for my NES games folder.
What makes a good man turn neutral? Lust for gold? Power? Or were you just born with a heart full of neutrality?I didn't organize mine yet, all I did was created a folder labelled "Annoying Stuff" and just put all the default features I never use.
I don't have enough games to create folders for the games.
On the 3DS I have 3 folders labelled Apps, Downloadable, and Retail.
I put the Apps I downloaded in Apps. I put eShop, VC, and D Siware titles in Downloadable folder. I put Digital versions of Retail games in the Retail folder.

Batman Ninja more like Batman's Bizarre AdventureFinally, folders! I don't have that many things on my menu but I just prefer everything to be organised.
I feel as though we're just about due for a new Nintendo Direct. If there is an October Direct, what do you think they'd show?
Vote. .#Bayonetta 4 SmashSmash Wii U and Captain Toad release dates. An upcoming New 3DS game. More info on Splatoon. And most importantly, just what Amiibo is supposed to do in Mario Kart and Toad.
All I care about is more Splatoon. So I'm likely to be disappointed.
An official North American announcement of the New 3DS is likely to be in the next Direct. As far as I'm aware, there hasn't actually been a North American press release for it.
So what do you think are the odds that we'll get a Nintendo Land 2 that functions around Amiibos like Skylanders or Disney Infinity? Sure we know they'll work in Smash, Kart, and other games, but I have a hard time imagining they'll sell heavily if they just unlock small features like in Smash. While it's a bad idea to tie them to unlockable characters in Smash, it would seem beneficiary for Nintendo to have a game that directly encourages you to collect as many as possible.
A Pokemon game for the Wii U.
I've done that one, along with Tales Series game for Wii U, but I doubt either are happening.
Pokemon has always really been handheld focused (barring the Stadium, Colloseum games, and Battle Revolution) and they can probably do plenty on the 3DS, making a console version unlikely.
One Strip! One Strip!Don't worry. Wii U has Pokemon Rumble. That'll print money for sure.
Pokken will likely come late 2015/early 2016. Depending on who's playable that might be really cool. Otherwise I don't see home consoles getting a proper Pokemon game anytime soon since the 3DS can handle 3D models now.
At this point, I could easily see a HD battle simulator at the very least. They already have the models and all they need to do is import them and then touch them up.
How long that would take is anyone's guess though.
"We're all paper, we're all scissors, we're all fightin' with our mirrors, scared we'll never find somebody to love."Unless it's given the full control and customization Showdown provides (and it wouldn't), I don't see a console battle simulator providing anything worthwhile. It either needs a proper story like Colosseum/XD, or it needs something major to distinguish itself. I don't support an MMO, but it's one of the few things that could justify such an expense.
Captain Toad: Treasure Tracker is launching in NA on December 5th.
Thank God. I was half expecting it to be pushed to 2015 like it was overseas. Apologies to my fellow Wii U owners in Australia and Europe.
Looks like Toad will be the 2014 Game of the Year after all.
Just one paycheck til I can get myself a Wii U. Then Hyrule Warriors shall be mine.
Louder than God's revolver and twice as shiny. After seeing now nice the 3DS themes are, I hope we can get themes for the Wii U too.
When you wish upon a side of beef, soon will come an end to all your griefI'm hoping many of the songs in the 3DS version are also available in the Wii U version. Id (Purpose) would be great on the Coliseum stage, at least.
You cannot firmly grasp the true form of Squidward's technique!I now own a Wii U! I just picked up the new Super Mario 3D World Deluxe Set today. It also comes with a copy of Nintendo Land. Man did it take forever to set up, though. I guess that's just an inescapable matter with consoles nowadays.
Welcome to the fold! Now you too are ready for Wii U!Smash!

Nice to see Nintendo folded in to the demands of their fans.
