I liked the Mortal Kombat movie, the Prince of Persia movie was also okay.
And hey, at least the director is not Uwe Boll, that should count for something.
I'm just wondering how the plot would go for it. Would they attempt to adapt MG1/2 or MGS1, or would they just scrap most of the canon and go for something almost completely new?
"I do not approve of the fact that my favorite quotes are too long for this character limit." - MeThe line about Cain and Abel makes me think it'll be about the Twin Snakes, and thus will probably be primarily derived from Metal Gear Solid 1.
I sure said that!Okay, whoever they cast, they'd better ham it up for all it's worth. (BROOOOTHA!)
"I do not approve of the fact that my favorite quotes are too long for this character limit." - Me"You're pretty good!"
"Do you like my SUNGLASSES!?"
"You've been playing SUPER MARIO SUNSHINE, HAVEN'T YOU!"
I sure said that!I'd love if they tore the fourth wall a little bit if Psycho Mantis was there.
Like a fake film reel issue or something and then 30 seconds of nothing.

If we do get our hypothetical interequal between Solid 2 and Solid 4, think gameplay should be a combination of the standard Metal Gear stealth game and Rising: Revengeance-esque stuff, as in usage if both guns and swords, avoiding enemies, and while you're at it, you can hide in boxes, but as a method for a surprise attack?
I think just getting a tattoo in a Shinkawa style would be a dream come true for me.
"I do not approve of the fact that my favorite quotes are too long for this character limit." - MeWell, I have finally discovered the worst thing ever. Yes, the video really is that long, but nobody said you had to watch all of it. Just a little bit to get the gist of this guy. I don't know the name of this player, but he is the most atrocious Metal Gear Solid player I've ever seen in my entire life. Even worse than that guy from the retsupurae video who couldn't get past the first level. Even worse, if you look closely, you'll notice that this video was filmed with a camcorder.
"Monsters are tragic beings. They are born too tall, too strong, too heavy. They are not evil by choice. That is their tragedy."Ah, DarkSydePhil. He's such a fucking putz, but it's sometimes amusing to watch lowlights of his stuff.
I sure said that!I've seen YouTube try to recommend that video to me for the last four months or so, and that alone is really annoying to me.
"I do not approve of the fact that my favorite quotes are too long for this character limit." - MeWatching DSP is like watching multiple simultaneous trainwrecks that you can't look away from.
I got to the part of the "This is how you don't play MGS 3" video where Snake is watching Volgin beat the crap out of Granin from the peak of the mountain, and then DSP manages to fall from said mountain.

Kojima announces that the system-exclusive DLC will be available for the opposite systems, for free in Japan starting May 1, with an announcement for North America expected today.
Which games and DLC are we talking here?
Fiat iustitia, et pereat mundus.Ground Zeroes. Deja Vu on PS 4 and Jamais Vu on 360 and One.
Considering that many complained about the length of the game, restricting an entire mission from appearing in both platforms is stupid.
...And they're releasing them on the opposite ones on May 1. As I said in the initial post.
That'll be fun.
Here's to future DLC missions
Oh really when?I know, I've read your post. I'm commenting on what they did until now, and how it would be stupid to keep it up.
I'm glad to see Kojima himself is onboard. It's about time he did something in Hollywood.
I sure said that!
