Until 5-ish work on writing unless done earlier

Divide everything you have to do into parts and make a schedule. It gives you something to hold yourself accountable for. You can give yourself breaks. I give myself a ton, like right now.

Trash - not strictly true. What's making it smell different is the fact you're expelling certain salts and hormones out, as a result of what you're taking.
The urine of most men and women isn't too much different, although that it smells different for you is only good because it is what you're looking for.
The only reason it smells different in lavatories is likely due to ovulation, or for some other reason such as diabetes.
