Nice that Cucumber's plugdrain spell can open permenant portals to the nether realm. Really very powerful magic after all.

So depending on how fast (or reliably) one can travel through the drain dimension, Cuco basically just made a sort of portal network.
This "faculty lot" you speak of sounds like a place of great power...Oh dear.
i. hear. a. sound. This can only lead to shananigans.
It doesn't feel like it's been that long... D:
i. hear. a. sound.Good ???
I continue not to be sure what to make of this.
Oh God! Natural light!I think Steve will end up the main villain.
I think that's a running theme of this entire comic.
This "faculty lot" you speak of sounds like a place of great power...I dunno, I think the "revenge" in question's probably on Nightmare Knight for separating Steve from himself (since it seems pretty obvious they're two halves of some whole, NK having the eyes, Steve having the mouth; presumably NK separated himself from Steve, though why and how is presently vague), and that Steve himself isn't otherwise that villainous, let alone villainous enough to be the final boss.
Honestly, at the immediate moment, Glitchmaster looks more like she's primed to be the final boss than Steve is, if it isn't Nightmare Knight himself.

I love how dynamically Cordelia is drawn.
Dopants: He meant what he said and he said what he meant, a Ninety is faithful 100%.Loving Cordelia's expressions throughout. She looks quite beautiful in that second-to-last panel, and Nightmare Knight looks somewhat sad in the last panel. He really doesn't want to do this.
Three whole pages of not drawing Cordelia's face the same way twice. It's great.
Aside from the art, this is an interesting direction for the plot to go. It sounds like the Nightmare Knight might be taking Princess Parfait's advice to heart and trying to throw off the charade. But Cordelia is not going to want to hear this.
nightmare knight looks sad in that panel
I'm also interested in steve since that definitely is way out of line with nightmare knight's prank

I do hope this is leading into backstory explaining how some intergalactic cat-lady ended up adopting a bunny-child magical girl.
I'm loving how NK is finally actively trying to avert the plot railroad he knows he's on. Or at least so it seems.
CQ is the story of people kinda stopping to care about the JRPG plot they're on.
