I think most of the players are busy with Real Life, since entire areas of the forum seem to be plodding along slowly.
Most Tropers seem to be either in high school or college, and this is usually the time when final exams/graduation hit. So, yeah.

I go to the same school as the GM, and our exams are in about two weeks. Our teachers also thought it'd be cool to have both exams AND a bunch of projects on top of that.

I don't really know if I'll be able to to keeping doing this here; it's been so long since my last post (besides the one yesterday, obviously,) that it's not all that easy to remember a lot that happened. If that was the only issue though, maybe I'd do an archive binge, but there's been hardly any posts in days, and I'm in another RP, one with a much more active post rate. And yes, I understand that the activity may have decreased due to testing and the like, but the rate still seems unusually low, (close to zilch...) and I have a lot of time on my hands.
We'll see, but I may end up getting out of this RP...

I'm starting to think it has. Kind of upsetting for me, personally, seeing as I'd worked out an entire freaking story. I feel like my effort in devising a story at all has been completely trashed and wasted. There's only so much I can do when majority of the players only posted on the first day the game was up.

Um right; sorry, but I just don't have any motivation to play this anymore. The lack of hardly any activity for so long, the fact that there's still nothing for the most part, and that again, I'm in another RP (a much more active one,). ...I'm sorry. I want to , I really do, but I just can't play this anymore. And it's a shame, because this looked so promising. But it seems I'm not the only one who's not playing, unfortunately.
So, I'm sorry, but for the time being, I'm going have to call it quits. You can still find me in the World of Heroes RP though, (anyone can join, anytime, Shameless Plug,) and I'll still check in here every now and then, but for now... that's it. Sorry.

Because I'd set it up to be an RP.
And, y'know, I'm thinking I'm probably just going to have to call the game off entirely. I'dve loved to see how a certain someone would have written out their character going insane, and while I've used said character in a few things, I'd never be able to write them as well as their owner. That's reason #2 I wouldn't really be able to make it into literature.
Unless we can find people to "adopt" characters, I'm gonna have to say this RP is over. Maybe I'll start it up again sometime in the future, in which case if anyone would be interested in joining again, PM me at any time and I'll make note of you and notify you if I ever do restart it.
Really makes me feel like I've failed as a GM and writer, even though it was outside my control.

Right, If there's any hope for this, we either need the players that vanished to show up (kkhohoho said they'd come back if I ever restarted the RP at a later date or got it moving again), or find people to adopt them. I'm probably going to make CG co-GM and have her pilot her own characters, and I'll think of something to do with the characters we can't get players for. In the meantime, if someone wants to contact the other players for me/help me find people willing to adopt roles, please do so.
