Is there music that just SCREAMS "there needs to be dudes and dudettes trying to beat the crap out of each other set to this"?

Apparently this actually was used for (fake) fighting, in some kind of wrestling thingy. Whatever, it riles up the blood something wicked, eh what.

What genre did you have in mind? Are you interested in something restrained and confident or unhinged and primal? You looking for something that makes you want a clean victory or to just destroy things? Are you particular to something that focuses on an individual opponent or a large battle?

Alucard: I'm a fisticuffs one on one person, myself. Yeah, I watch way too much animé. I find techno can be incredibly good about it, but most of it is shite.

I'm the opposite; I want stuff that makes you want to leave a bloody splatter where your opponent once was. This is the closest I can think of to your ideal.

Personally, I prefer more rock/metal tracks for fighting music.

Alucard: Heh. I HAVE no ideal. I can make ANY song a fight song. It was why I made this thread. Cause when you can picture a fighting scene to Taylor Swift, then you need to wash your brain out a bit.

Well in that case, here's some of my favorites:

And my all-time favorite:

Machine Head's faster songs in general.

Basically, just thrash metal. The faster, the better. Sepultura's entire early career was pretty much devoted to fight songs.

Yeah, that X-Files movie was pretty shit, but at least it had this song.
