Dude, by no stretch of the imagination could any of those (except The Zeta Project) count as "underrated."
visit my blog!Put me down as +1 for Cybersix as mentioned up yonder. And I had to laugh at "slashiest straight couple ever" because it's so true.
And because I've coincidentally been watching it on You Tube lately, the Teddy Ruxpin cartoon. The books were rather mediocre, yes, but the cartoon itself is actually rather entertaining. It is on the corny and idealistic side but usually doesn't get cloying, and there's a great deal of hilarious wit (especially from Grubby, Tweeg & LB and the other minor villains, the Wizard of Grundo & Louie), endearingly dorky characters (Prince Arin & Princess Aruzia, Gimmick, Mr. Beanly), and some genuine creepiness (Quellor, the Gutangs). And it had story arcs back before story arcs were common even in adult series.
...plus, being a singer, I kind of like that almost every episode had a catchy song in it.
Apparently I am adorable, but my GF is my #1 Groupie. (Avatar by Dreki-K)Regular Show and Adventure Time. Flapjack is pretty overlooked too. I used to dislike it but now I look back at it as a decent show.
Un-frickin-touchable.DUDE!
Those are anything but overrated!
... Regular Show and Adventure Time? Seriously?
I think you meant "anything but underrated"?
You got some dirt on you. Here's some more!Flapjack maybe. But as much as I love Adventure Time and Regular Show, they might be a tad OVE Rrated.
My Gym Partner's a Monkey is pretty overlooked. A show I say is heavily overlooked is Back at the Barnyard. I personally think its mediocre at best but I don't get why everybody hates it so much and views it as So Bad It's Horrible

Un-frickin-touchable.The old Alf cartoon from the late 80's. It was miles better than the live-action TV show, and was exceptionally sharp, well written and well animated, especially for a Saturday morning cartoon of that era.
In my opinion, the animated adaption of Legion of Super-Heroes. I do fan art of my favorite characters, and I occasionally get comments asking if they're my OCs. I'm pretty sure that says something about how well-known this show is. The fact that it was cancelled after 2 seasons doesn't help much, either.
Son of a bundt cake!Hey, yes. I liked that one. ALF Tales, the parodic fairy tale spinoff, was pretty good too. And the Marvel Comics series.
Basically, I prefered any ALF material not related to the original show itself. Maybe the other media's bigger chances to do more out there material took better advantage of the concept.
I would have to go with Xiaolin Showdown. It was like my favorite show of all time. Plus, the concept of Shen Gong Wu was very intriguing.
"Without a fairy, you're not even a real man!" ~ Mido from Ocarina of TimeThe Mega Man cartoon wasn't as bad as some people make it out to be.
The Protomen enhanced my life.Disney's Adventures of the Gummi Bears. Aside from being well written and better animated than most anything else on Saturday morning TV at the time of it's debut (1985) it had an exceptionally solid premise, one that lent itself ot a wealth of stories, and it's world was well concieved and executed. It was a whole hell of a lot better than it needed to be. Oh, and it led to things like The New Adventures of Winnie the Pooh, Ducktales, and the rest of the Disney Afternoon era. Really wish Boom! Studios would do a comic ala their adaptations of Darkwing Duck and Chip 'n Dale's Rescue Rangers.
Code Lyoko. It's popular in Troper Land, and it did well on Cartoon Network back in the day, but it was a really cool story, very well-written, had totally fleshed-out and believable characters (including development, flaws, motivations, etc.), and frankly it really deserved to be some kind of Big Thing. Call me paranoid, but I really do think people would have been more open to it if it hadn't been French.
"Religion isn't the cause of wars, it's the excuse." —Mycroft NextHuh... I wonder if anyone ever watched or even remembers Malo Korrigan. I don't watch TV as much as I used to, but if they broadcasted it here again, I'd be a lot less grumpy whenever I'd woke up early in the morning with nothing to do.
Actually, I wish they'd bring back all the cartoons they used to broadcast about 10 years ago. My screwed up memories would be grateful for it.

"Liar liar on the wall, give the world to me..."Two series I find to be rather Underrated are Jackie Chan Adventures and Men In Black The Animated Series. Especially the latter.
Watch SymphogearThat team made a lot of good, solid, generally underrated animated series. Godzilla, Jumanji, Extreme Ghostbusters...
I still listen to the animated MIB when I'm bored. Elle had a great voice actress too.
Sheep in the Big City.
The Brothers Flub, The Brothers Flub, The Brothers Flub! I can't find anyone who remembers more than its title, but I really liked it and pounced on a VHS of it the instant I saw it at Big Lots. Freaking show didn't have a Wikipedia article until 2008, it's that obscure.
Mike Lu And Og needs more love. I liked Mike, and Lu still reminds me of my sister.
Also, I found a Netherlands cartoon called The Bluffers at the thrift shop. It, along with Ovide And The Gang, are above-average 80s toons that need more love.
Neds Newt was also pretty entertaining. I remember watching it on a computer with a cable hookup when I was in the 9th grade. I apparently caught it near the end of its life, because I remember it being replaced with Bobbys World at some point. (Found two tapes of it at Dollar General. Woo hoo.)
Finally, I've heard nothing but hate for Almost Naked Animals, but I rather like it. What's there to hate about it really? Has Spongebob made us completely intolerable of any other widget series with a hyperactive, carefree lead character?
Agreed 9001%.
Something about Mike Lu And Og always charmed me. I'm not sure what it was, but I liked that goofy little cartoon.
"Proto-Indo-European makes the damnedest words related. It's great. It's the Kevin Bacon of etymology." ~MadrugadaMike Lu and og and Jackie chsn adventures were very good.
Make your hearth shine through the darkest night; let it transform hate into kindness, evil into justice, and loneliness into love.^^^LA LA LA LA LA LA LA LAAAAAAAAAA (FLUB FLUB FLUB FLUB FLUB)

- The Oblongs
- Freds Head : I don't know why, I usually don't like this kind of "teen Slice of Life" comedies (at least the ones of our age) since I found most of them to be really bland, but...with more love, I really believe it could have been the Daria of the noughties...Yes, I'm serious
- Bro Town, maybe because True Art Is Foreign (even with all those poo jokes)
- The Critic: it had the Family Guy humor but a lot...funnier
- Neds Newt: It was f*cking hilarious!

This is a toughy,I think it's a toss-up between the Mike Scully era of The Simpsons,The Batman,Xaolin Showdown, and the 2003 TMNT and maybe a dash of The Zeta Project to go with that.
