Anyone feel like posting today?

I'll post.

If this continues I'm going to try to find a 10 hour video and send it to everyone.

Also, the bed and breakfast isn't demolished.

I can't promise a post for several hours, but I can promise a post today. I'm very disappointed in myself for having kept people waiting and repeatedly broken promises about posting.

It's all right, just disconcerting. I'm glad you've kept us updated at least.

OK, I can start working on a post for the hotel group. I've just noticed that it's my turn there.

Yeah. Something I doodled last year. Not anything that's happened in the thread, but a scene that I had envisioned happening eventually. However, given the direction and the pace of the thread at present, it probably wont come to fruition.

That's good to hear. It's important to his character. Also something that irritates him to no end.

I posted for Frontier.

I will now get back to choosing a Cool Bike for a character... and proceed to lament that it will either not exist yet or be several decades old.

In case any have been wondering why I haven' posted in Frontier yet, I only discovered the Dead God was not visible from the Small Valley recently. Before, I was assuming that my Frontier characters had appeared in the border of the two Valleys, and I can't write a post until I know the area layout to figure out how far they are from the two groups.

You make it sound easy. I don't want to make my characters teleport around too often, you know? Makes it lose the novelty value.

Sorry I didn't post that last night like I meant to. I kind of crashed.

I'm not terribly happy with it even now, so I'm going to hold off on Dream for a bit, until I'm more in the groove.

Next post may be a biggie. Depends on how many characters I write for this time around. I've finally got an idea for reintegrating Connie, but it's a bit of a sudden thing and involves more characters I hadn't been planning on writing for and scenarios I don't know If I'm ready to make work. But I suppose that's what these threads are for.

Anyway, not sure if I'll write it just yet. Depends on how much time I feel I have and how inspired I get.

Double anyway, my point is it could be a while. Might not be done tonight.

Not sure when I'll be able to post - things are rather hectic here at the mo' between work, family stuff and a project I'm working on.

I keep either getting really tired early, or staying up really late without getting anything done. There may be a correlation.

In short, no Dream post until sometime tomorrow.

I'll work on the longer post later today.

Regarding where Nemaforte goes in Frontier: I actually like the idea of Nemaforte going with the Dead God group, and it would overall make sense given Iraal's point about knowledge of magic. (Plus it'll be interesting to see how she deals with the Dead God emotionally.) What I'm thinking is have Nemaforte repeat the spell she used on Oswald that Zuri interrupted last time, which shouldn't take very long, then have her join the rest of the group. I think in my previous post (not the one I did yesterday), I had been under the impression that Nemaforte was going to stay behind with Oswald, but either way is fine with me.

Also, I've been waiting on Gault for quite a while in Dream II for the Misery Manor stuff with Sinistrina. I feel like I've just been stalling the manor's story arc by focusing on Yamiko's battle with Celia.

Uh... call 'em words of encouragement. It's nice to keep thread things moving when we can and prospective delays out in the open.

I honest to God have a Frontier post in the works, but it just doesn't look right to me yet. I've been so distracted lately and I don't really believe in the quality of anything I write anymore—I was surprised that I managed to write anything satisfactory for Dream at all. 90% of what I've been doing since starting college has been essays and such, and I can almost see the life getting sucked out of my fiction writing when I compare my old work to more recent stuff. My prose got cleaner, though, so I guess I have that.

Posted. Made Moreena bump into Caleb. She did a lot of teleporting around, but distances in the dream are pretty arbitrary, so the others could follow her along if anyone should want that.
