I've watched the Armenfilm Animated Shorts. Technically they're Armenian, but they were made when Armenia was part of the Soviet Union so the Russian influence is definitely there.
My tropes launched: https://surenity2.blogspot.com/2021/02/my-tropes-on-tv-tropes.htmlI was a big fan of Nu Pogodi when I was a child. I still enjoy it very much. It's very entertaining and has one of the most sympathetic villains as a main character. You gotta love that wolf!
Please don't feed the trolls!I just discovered that the delightful Russian animated series Masha and the Bear is available on the Universal Kids channel—dubbed into English, unfortunately, but you can't have everything. It's the adventures of a cute little girl and her Gentle Giant bear buddy, in a forest setting.
Um...should that link to PIRATED CONTENT stay there or...

Russia apparently has a rich tradition in animated shorts. I've seen a few like His Wife was a Hen and the hedgehog in the mist. You can see a lot of russian cartoons on youtube with subs. Does anyone else watch russian cartoons?
