Threads for multiple tropes probably belong in Special Efforts, which should also have have banners like TRS and IP. Aside from that, yes, multiple associations would most certainly be useful.

Regulated fun - the best kind! I don't make the rules, just enforce them with an iron fist.Yes and no. Two is definitely still TRS, since that's every merge ever. Three or more might be Special Efforts, though.
Waiting on a TRS slot? Finishing off one of these cleaning efforts will usually open one up.I don't actually have anything to add, but we so seldom have crowners in the wishlist and I do support this idea, for merges and title switches and situations where two tropes seem to be getting confused
The child is father to the man —OedipusWell maybe adding the ability to put it like an email in the thread title?
Like "trope name semicolon next trope semicolon and so on".
Sparkling and glittering! Jan-Ken-Pon!Bump.
A user mentioned that if multiple articles are involved in a TRS thread, and only one of them is tagged, viewers of the other tropes often do not know that there is a thread and keep using it. There's another argument for tagging multiple articles.
This has been added to Query Wishlist; locking.
Currently, only one article on the wiki gets the TRS banner and an alert on the watchlist if it gets taken to the TRS. However, quite often TRS threads are or turn into repairs for multiple articles, be they tweaks to similar tropes, merges, or mass renames/redefines.
For the same reason we have the TRS banner and alert for one thread, we should have it for all. If people are watching an article, presumably they also have an interest in any repairs to that article.
The incident that most sticks out in my mind is the mass rename/repurpose of the You Fail X tropes, of which none were tagged, making it impossible for non-forum goers (and even less attentive forum goers like myself) to know they were under debate at all until action had already been taken.
