ughh i played TTT 2's Arcade Mode with Bosconovitch and just could not stop laughing at this old-ass man whupping everyones ass by sitting down and sliding at them

ignoring that, how exactly does Kuma's Fatal Wind work in TTT 2? is it a counter or wtf? i main him so i feel like that should be a thing i know

It's an unblockable move, a One-Hit Kill. and it looks hilarious.

i know that much, but i can't seem to make it... do anything. i input the command and Kuma does the 'leaning over OOPSIE' animation but nothing uh, happens, even at point-blankest range

is it a hold? it's a hold, isn't it, i haven't tried holding the command

As far as I know, it activates at close range if the opponent tries attacking you. I don't think you have to hold it down. The button, not the fart.

If it's anything like the old games (I only ever pulled it off in Tekken 5 DR Online), you just have to hope that they run all the way up to you.

yeah i havent been able to make it happen yet in training mode

i did get a fuckton of Lucky Boxes in arcade runs just trying to unlock endingmovies though

one time i got a "BONUS" box with the little star icon, and a little image of an alien flashed in front of the star and slid offscreen

shit was creepy, and as far as i can tell it didnt unlock anything special... wtf??

They've been putting those weird aliens in since Tekken 6, and as far as I know, they're just there for shoots and googles. In Scenario Campaign, for instance, there were certain stages that, by some mysterious trigger, would sometimes deposit loads and loads of aliens into the area.

Tekken has always had one of the strangest senses of humor.

So, random question from someone who knows a lot about Tekken through this Wiki, but hasn't played many any Tekken games:

What's the overall opinion on Eliza?

I dunno.

She won the vote, so folks must have been interested in her. I think most of us were turning our heads at her being able to toss out projectiles (which was previously a final boss thing, and even then not like that) and how her boobs randomly grow in size in her introduction video for no discernible reason.

Eh. I'd say she's no weirder than the Dinosaur, the Robot, the Robot Girl, the animated wooden sparring dummy, multiple alien demons, etc, etc.

The boob thing is odd, but if Jin can sprout Wings in devil form, then Breast Expansion isn't actually not all that weird.

Hell, maybe Alisa can make her boobs grow too; like they become a floatation device in water.

Devil Jin's wings are explained (mostly) via Devil Gene. With the vampire, I think it's literally the scene transitions and suddenly her boobs are bigger.

..They don't even make note of it in the video. It just happens.

I mean, if they said Drinking blood is good for helping you grow, I'd accept it.

Actually, that may not be so crazy.

Like, when she sucks the blood, she stores it there so that she doesn't need to drink blood all the time, just until the point where her reserves get low.

.....ok, that's actually pretty silly, but it works.

Her boobs don't grow when she sucks blood. Folks thought it was it, but in the video, she uses the blood sucking attacks at several points and her chest doesn't change.

Case in point, demon wings are rule of cool and give him game play options. Unless I'm wrong, expanding breasts are nothing more than cheap titillation.

Well, I guess we'll see what they do with her. There'll probably be another normal game soon, so maybe we'll learn a bit more about her beyond the basic story, and even an explanation for the Inflato-Boobs.

The comparison had been made to DJ's wings so the rest of Tekken's fan service isn't relevant. I don't have a problem with it though since for either ladies or lads it's never so explicit unless you specifically make it so.

Certainly no dudes have randomly bulging jock straps or anything.

How exactly were G Corporation allowed to manufacture Jacks? If I recall, weren't they an in-house Russian military project?
