Didn't they stop making Rock Band and DLC for it, though?

[up][up]You and your Spongebobtongue

Man, I haven't looked at this in forever. To be clear, I didn't abandon the setlist: I'm still refining it even now, and it's way better than this tired hit-list I wrote back then (I have 94 songs, 24 of them with female vocalists involved, with plenty of keys and difficult guitar/drum/bass parts).

It's funny how I've let Rock Band dominate a part of my life past the point that I was even playing it regularly. I still have faith HMX will continue the series down the line.

And I'm saying that there won't be one. Read what I said more carefully. I'm saying they stopped making both the games as well as DLC.

They never confirmed that they're not doing any more Rock Band games. Just the DLC, "for now".

I could've sworn I saw articles about a year ago saying that they weren't making anymore after 3.

Any real Rock Band games. That's more of a spinoff than anything.

As for DLC songs, considering how they had six Sponge Bob songs but left out the most appropriate ones (which should have been in in the first place), I propose Goofy Goober Rock and Sweet Victory.
"Goofy Goober Rock" is just a Twisted Sister song with different lyrics and Sweet Victory (while fairly obscure) was written in the eighties, long before Spongebob was even conceived.

I suppose I don't see why they couldn't be DLC, but I don't see how they're more appropriate than original Spongebob music.

[up]Well then Sweet Victory can still be added, but it wouldn't count as a Sponge Bob song. Also, since when is being obscure ever prevented a song from being in Rock Band?

And who cares if Goofy Goober Rock is another song with different lyrics. One of 3's DLC songs was Poker Face being sung by Cartman!

Well, I just thought those were the two rock songs most people associate Sponge Bob with, and both would have worked in 3.

I didn't say they couldn't be added to Rock Band.

I don't think anybody here said they couldn't.
