You know, I can't really disagree with the reasoning here, but it almost feels like you're trying to white-wash TV Trope's history.

The IJBM namespace was the last place we could express our dissatisfaction with things, and renaming it to "headscratchers" to make it clear that we can't is just not cool.
Because clearly showing the slightest bit of dissatisfaction with anything is the bad for the wiki.

My only issue with the rename is that we all have to go hunt down and rewatch the pages under the new heading.

My point was that complaining should be kept off the main wiki. A sentiment apparantly shared by the people running the site.

Then we need a place where we can complain. Trying to stop complaining is like the police tying to stop drugs, it just isn't going to work.
If the place for complaining is removed, all the complainers will migrate to the forums and the rest of the wiki, and that spells more moderation work.

The problem is, no one who is new to the wiki is going to be able to find that place. It gets no mention anywhere save the occasional forum signature, and wiki editors who aren't part of the forums won't know it exists.

There is no reason the wiki needs a place for complaining. If people want to complain, they can do it elsewhere.

Just Bugs Me was never supposed to be for complaining. As a Just Bugs Me goer myself, I always found these people very annoying. I aways went to that pages so I could see people post Fridge Logic of my favorite works and how the fans would try to explain. Complains for the sake of complain were eyesore and get in the way of the purpose of the page (complain that contains Fridge Logic are fair game, though). I am glad with the change.
I am not glad with the new icon, however. To bland.
PS:Also, we do have a place for complainants. The review section can be used just for that.

Alright, someone did not think this name change through. Sentences are being rendered as "You know, this development Headscratchers." Tv Tropes is beginning to look a bit like a loony bin.
