Right here. 20 pages of discussion over the course of 5 months. And a crowner on what to rename it to.

...if you don’t love you’re dead, and if you do, they’ll kill you for it.Granted there are 20 pages of discussion, but all options on that crowner are variations of Artistic Licence. And the trope isn't, or at least wasn't, Artistic Licence because Artistic Licence implies it was intentional, and the You Fail tropes were mistakes.
I'm convinced that our modern day analogues to ancient scholars are comedians. -0dd1If it helps, try reading it sarcastically.
Rhymes with "Protracted."If you will reads the discussion, instead of insisting on having it all over again, you will see that it was brought up that claiming the You Fail pages were unintentional requires certainty of authorial intent, which we don't have. Making a distinction based on information that is not available makes the distinction useless.
Now read the thread or don't, as you please, but don't try to restart it because you can't be bothered to read it.
...if you don’t love you’re dead, and if you do, they’ll kill you for it.The crowner you see was twoard the end after we decided on Artistic License.
Just read it in a sarcastic tone. "Apparently, so and so has an artistic licence in Logic."
EDIT: Ninjas everywhere...

Put me in motion, drink the potion, use the lotion, drain the ocean, cause commotion, fake devotion, entertain a notion, be Nova Scotian- I read the discussion, please don't accuse me of not. As it happens, Triple Elation brought up my exact point in there, only it seemed to be ignored because everyone was tired of arguing.
- Everything is properly snarky if you read it sarcastically; I don't see how that's a justification for the name.
IIRC, there was a previous crowner as to what the new thing would be, the latest one with all the variants of Artistic License X was to decide on the punctuation.
Fight smart, not fair.Yep. That was the reasoning. We'd picked a title with a crowner, we were just bickering over punctuation.
Reality is that, which when you stop believing in it, doesn't go away. -Philip K. DickAh, okay then.
It strikes me that this would be impossible to argue even with without the crowner, so I think I'll give up. (Not to say I think it's a good name, though.)

I'm convinced that our modern day analogues to ancient scholars are comedians. -0dd1I think this is done. Hollering for a lock.
First key to interpreting a work: Things mean things.
I just noticed that all the You Fail X Forever tropes have been renamed to Artistic Licence X (and the wick-replacer script seems to have been used on them, so it's probably an official decision, even though I can't find the topic here.)
While I agree that You Fail X Forever was too negative, Artistic Licence seems like overcorrecting. Where was this agreed on, and can I suggest X Gaff instead?
EDIT: Oh yes, not to mention that Artistic Licence isn't the same thing as messing up the research. Artistic Licence is by definition intentional, while (what used to be) You Fail X Forever was by definition not intentional.
