Here's three frames of Claire Bennet from Heroes carving into her own arm at Thanksgiving dinner: [1]◊ [2]◊ [3]◊
Doesn't show her healing, but with a little help from the caption and the mundane dishes and glasses around her, it shouldn't be too much of a jump.

Rhymes with "Protracted."It's best when we don't need the caption per se. If all we have is the injury, and not the healing, then it's probably not the best one.
The FMA thing I was talking about starts with this page, though I think a string of snapshots from the equivalent anime scene would make for a more uniform image size.
I have a message from another time...But that isn't Self Mutilation and I can't see if it's a demonstration or not.
Given the visual cues in the shot, I would say it's definitely not at a level where we should be worrying about JAFAAC. In what other context would she be stabbing herself? With a giant carving knife? At a dinner table? With that calm expression and demeanor?
Edit: Here's what it looks like at Wiki size. Brightened it a little while I was at it.

Rhymes with "Protracted."That looks fine.
I said it started there. The next couple of pages show him regenerating. It's a demonstration of his regenerative powers.
And sure, he isn't wielding the hammer himself, but he ordered it done.
I have a message from another time...Bump...this is about the best I could do with the Greed pages.
Yeah that doesnt work.
Terminator 2's hand cutting scene might work. (if someone has that on DVD)
Sparkling and glittering! Jan-Ken-Pon!That's more Robotic Reveal than anything.
I like it. Now, if only we could get that last line ("that's one death") to be a bit bigger.
I have a message from another time...he still sliced his own arm open (very graphic I might add)
Sparkling and glittering! Jan-Ken-Pon!Would that seen from the X Men movies where Wolverine gets shot in the head and then pulls the bullet out count?
Fight smart, not fair.I don't think so...that sounds like another trope, but not this one.
It's self-multitlation, it's supposed to be graphic. Also, wasn't this entire discussion started by someone complaining it wasn't graphic enough?
You Are Not Alone...Until I Find You.I love when people read a single comment and nothing else. You know what the say about assuming. It makes an ass out of you and, well, only you.
Please. Is there another panel where Greed orders his own head taken off?
First key to interpreting a work: Things mean things.Bump...any other thoughts?
Clock is set...I'll back the Heroes pic.
I'm not sure why we're not just using troacctid's pic. It's the best one proposed by a huge margin.
Belief or disbelief rests with you.It is good. I will also back it.
Please.Sonuvabitch...I just realized I didn't actually set the clock when I made that post. It's ticking now.
50 minutes before the clock runs out...any objections to the Heroes pic?
Hearing none, it's up, potholed, and tagged; feel free to change/cull the caption if you don't like it. Locking up.
In this picture, it looks kind of unclear that he's rapidly healing a wound due to immortality. We see the cut,and the razor, but your kinda have to look close to see that it's on the mend. Even then, it's kinda hard to tell that it's healing especially rapidly. Plus, we don't see that he's showing it to anyone.
A possible replacement could be Greed having his head smashed off and regenerating it to demonstrate his immortality to Alphonse. It would take two, maybe three panels, and it's kinda visceral, but I think it's a nice example, especially if we get Alphonse's reaction to the demonstration.
