^Why would it be that?

Why would that even begin to make sense?

Personally, I was hoping that it was gonna be the Old Spice guy, he's a well-known advertising personality.

I think somebody once suggested Christopher Columbus vs. Jack Sparrow. I'd love to see that.

Their fans are really starting to get unimaginative.

I like the random ones, like Sarah Palin vs Lady Gaga and Benjamin Franklin vs Billy Mays/Vince Offer.

Although my favorites are Albert Einstein vs Stephen Hawking and Justin Beiber vs Beethoven.

Us tropers should organize ourselves to post multiple comments and likes at the same time to influence the subject of the next epic rap battle.

I'd propose Ayn Rand vs Vlad Lenin!

We need The Doctor vs some other major fictional figure, but who? Who's as notable as him and been around for a long time on a continuous series?

The emotions of others can seem like such well guarded mysteries, people 8egin to 8elieve that's how their own emotions should 8e treated.

NOT WHY BUT WHY NOT? NOT WHEN BUT NOW! :D

The Doctor is hard to pair; maybe Picard.

I still say we should do a nerdy one like Rand vs Lenin, Tesla vs Steve Jobs, sherlock holmes vs stephen fry, etc

The entire project is 'nerdy', what more do you want?

Someone in one of the comments suggested Unicron vs. Galactus.

Which would be awesome if they could afford CGI or something.

Or just rubber costumes. You know, like the old Power Rangers used to do.

Anyway, Picard sounds like he'd be a good one.

Professor Elemental vs Mr. B, the Gentleman Rhymer.

It's a joke.

Those two actually are rappers, and they do have a (mostly tongue in cheek) rivalry going on.
