Does anyone else have a feeling that this would be much better as a 26 episode show?
If people learned from their mistakes, there wouldn't be this thing called bad habits.I haven't noticed any pacing problems thus far
Pacing problems, no. It's just that it's a big world with plenty to explore outside the fairly narrow scope of our central conflict.
In short, what we have is good, but there's room for more.
What's precedent ever done for us?Come back after episode 12 and we'll discuss it then.
I suspect they're keeping it short simply for the sake of the voice-actor salaries.
"No, the Singularity will not happen. Computation is hard." -Happy EntI think it's more that longer series are a gamble, as are original series. They don't want to spend a lot of money on something only to see it fail
Also; Tsuzuki did a horrible job the last time he tried to make a plot cover two cours worth of episodes
All I can think of is:
Shinku is pretty damn resilient for someone who isn't safe from death...
If people learned from their mistakes, there wouldn't be this thing called bad habits.Oh please. When he shrugs off losing an arm, then we'll talk.
I've got new mythological machinery, and very handsome supernatural scenery. Goodfae: a mafia web serialThat's only another flesh wound. You want him to give up that easily?
:p!

If people learned from their mistakes, there wouldn't be this thing called bad habits.Anyway, anyone else think the seiyuu may be enjoying themselves just a bit too much?

...can someone tell me how Seraphim and Brioche are similar, aside from them both using swords?
Oh and judging by what we've seen of Brioche, how is she and Mio similar?

Sera's actually a lot like Brioche when she's not around Ayumu. She's just...always around Ayumu, so you don't see it much. Brioche is more playful though.
Anyway, really fun episode. And I still can't get over how putting her hair down changes Milhiorre from cute to OH GOD SHE'S FUCKING HOT.
Leo-hime's battle with Brioche was good, as was Shinku's with Gaul. And then Leo-hime breaking it all up. The Genoise are pretty amusing as well, definitely need more of them.
WE'RE ALREADY ONLY ONE EPISODE AWAY FROM THE HALFWAY POINT
BAAAAWWWWWWWWWWWWWWW
If people learned from their mistakes, there wouldn't be this thing called bad habits. And not even a day has passed in the show.
Thats...kinda impressive, actually
NOOOOOOO! ED, WHY DID YOU HAVE TO REMIND ME?
I've got new mythological machinery, and very handsome supernatural scenery. Goodfae: a mafia web serialsharing the pain makes it less bad for me

I've got new mythological machinery, and very handsome supernatural scenery. Goodfae: a mafia web serialI just realized that none of the named characters have turned into puffballs yet, even after they took enough damage for it to happen to normal soldiers.

If people learned from their mistakes, there wouldn't be this thing called bad habits.Well, thats because they're named characters!
Also, they have armor that acts as a Life Meter. If you were in a fight and lost all your armor, that means that you are facing a superior opponent and have obviously lost. Why wouldn't you just surrender when War Is Sport?
Yu hav nat sein bod speeling unntil know. (cacke four undersandig tis)the cake is a lie! They better make a video game of this. Preferably a fighting game or a beat-em-up (though if we're going with a beat-em-up, make the bosses far harder than what you usually go against in things like Dynasty Warriors) if only because you can actively play as all/most of the characters on a free mode whenever you want against whoever.
If people learned from their mistakes, there wouldn't be this thing called bad habits.Damn straight... a Dynasty Warriors Strikeforce style game.
Anyway I kinda like how they are hinting at this might be a coming of age type ploy by Leonmichelle to get our Pink Princess to grow up and lead.

Sparkling and glittering! Jan-Ken-Pon!
Alternatively, she's the sole survivor of her kind, and when she was a baby she was found by cat people and she got raised all her life thinking she was a cat.
Or genetic defect. Go figure.
