Well, given that Mustafar's in the picture, Chopper will certainly have a place hot enough to do it.

Chopper blows up Mustufar, gets captured by the Empire, and used as parts for the core of the Death Star. Because how much more psychopathic can you get than blowing up planets?

It'll probably be Dumbledore. Yes, he's in a different universe and already dead, but Chopper is nothing if not committed.

Vader is impressed enough with Chopper's brutality that Vader uses some of Chopper's parts for his mechanical arms- specifically, his choking arm

I knew about that story. Considering he was the only one, and just how . . . seriously odd those events are, I'll still ignore it. 
I remember one of the interviews (can't remember which one exactly) mentioned that the Inquisitor's motivations and backstory for serving the Empire would be hinted at later on in the show. Considering nothing of the sort has happened so far, maybe he'll survive the finale.
