After Disaster Day Of Crisis, this strikes me as boding poorly for a U.S. release.

It's true. I hear this is a great, if not fantastic RPG.

Oh, yeah, and to get a sense of how extensive the Scenery Porn is... Spoiler warning, ahoy.

Holy. Shit. Nothing I have seen on the 360 or PS 3 has made my jaw drop like this video did.

US RELEASE DAMN IT, MAKE IT HAPPEN. I seriously doubt NOA would pull a Disaster on this one but the thought that they could makes me afraid.

The official announcement was pulled, but the teaser site is still up. Hard to say what's going on here. The trailer is also very disapointing - no real gameplay and no translation.

I still have my fingers crossed for a NA Xenoblade release.

Wings that don't reach...

Yeah, Xenoblade is coming to Europe for sure.

If I had the equipment, I would have done a Let's Play of it, but I don't, and I'm kind of afraid of falling into the traps that come with such a project.

Here's the proper (or latest) European trailer. I can't wait to play this! I'll be sure to give impressions of it. Maybe write a guide? Nah, too much work.

Well, that trailer looks pretty awesome. Yeah, I'm looking forward to picking up my pre order with limited-edition red Classic Controller.

I think NOA is purposely not releasing any of the Op. Rainfall games because they want people like me to hate Europeans.

So far it's working.

That's really a petty reason to hate an entire continent.

I'm pretty jealous of all the nice things America, but not Europe, gets too (which is much more than the things only Europe gets, just for the record), but I don't hate Americans.

Did I not make it obvious enough?

No.

Generally, it's naive to assume that something is a joke just because it kind of looks like it. There are many people, who would say something like that seriously. Especially disgruntled fans.

There is also the fact that, if Nintendo gives in this one time, they will have to deal with Entitlementfall every single time the fans want them to do something that they don't want to do.

But we are entitled to the Op. Rainfall games. We've been loyal customers for years, and they deny us the best games?

If they want to lose their fanbase, than they can go right ahead.

As if anyone ever actually went through on their decision to no longer support whatever company as soon as they did something they don't like.

Face it, you'll be right back as soon as they do something you do like. Because gamecompanies aren't sport teams. You don't support them out of some sort of loyalty, you support them because they make stuff you want. And as soon as they start doing that again, you will have completely forgotten about this ordeal and race to the retailer to give them your money.

Fine, but it's still the right thing for Nintendo of America to release these games.

Seriously, if Operation Rainfall doesn't work, some nutcase will probably resort to terrorism. Against a video game company. Yes, video games are Serious Business.

Hell, I'm an American, I'd love to play The Last Story, and I still think that'd be hilarious. It'd teach our children that trying never helps, so why bother?
