Sooooo you are saying Hulk occasionally quits the Avengers to go with the Agents of SMASH then come back now and then? Kinda seems nonsensical to me. And overly complicated.
Also, fitting in a shared universe did screw with Marvel movies at times. Both Iron Man 2 and Iron Man 3 had serious problems due to mishandling being connected to a shared universe (Iron Man 3 in particular doesn't connect well with the rest of it).
The only shared universe adaptation I can think of that didn't have much of a problem was the DCAU, and that's mostly because despite being in the same universe the characters in individual shows were largely isolated from each other, and the one show they did with multiple mythoses and major characters didn't run concurrently with anything.
"The difference between reality and fiction is that fiction has to make sense." - Tom Clancy, paraphrasing Mark Twain.Well, Iron Man 3 kinda is my least favourite entry in the MCU. I mean, it wasn't bad, but even forgetting my huge problem with the Madarin twist, I was annoyed by it trying to stick to "realism" when it was too late for that. Also, honestly Iron Man 3 doesn't even fit with the OTHER Iron Man movies, what with the suit running out of battery despite being powered by the arc reactor in Tony's chest (you know, the thing that Tony needs to stay alive)
Fair enough; Justice League only came up after.
So the new episodes are airing and I already have questions, like did Peter graduate, is this taking place during the summer, or did Fury everyone out of Midtown?
Anyone think we'll see Gwen Stacy in Ultimate Spider-Man vs. the Sinister 6 (aka USM season 4)?
No idea. Personally I am still wondering why they are titling it like that even though by this point the Sinister Six have already been introduced since a while. Then again they did the same with Ultron.
I enjoyed the ep with Zola and The Whizzer, and Cho lampshading the difficulty of Zola being able to DLC himself using old tech.
I just hope this Buttmonkey Spidey thing is just nostalgia for S1. Yes, Spidey is the hard-luck hero, but S1 or so of USM took it too far IMO.
Yeaaaahhhh, they're back to S1's mentality. Fury undercutting him at every turn, and the team glaring at Spidey for things they do all the time.
Let's go for a superfecta. State at an ep's beginning that a program Fury has is so secret, he even erased his own memory of it, but somehow everyone else knew about it through studying.
On the "What Do You Mean, It's Not for Kids?" page for live action tv, it points out that while Agents of SHIELD is not kid-friendly, Coulson, Fitz, and Simmons have shown up on this show. Coulson, yes, but when did Fitz and Simmons show up? I've seen most of the episodes of this show and have no recollection of seeing them.
Oh yeah, Fitz and Simmons are supposed to show up on the upcoming season "Ultimate Spider-Man vs. the Sinister 6".
Whoever put in what you were talking about must've heard about it, misinterpret it, and mentioned Fitz-Simmons' appearances in the show a little too early.
Yeah, Fitz-Simmons will be in the new series.
Kaine is scheduled to appear, MJ's role will be bigger, and there's been hints we'll see Silk and Spider-Gwen eventually.
Aw yeah, Silk and Spider-Gwen! Hopefully it's Earth-65 Spider-Gwen, or maybe an Earth-12041 version. In the latter case we might not see Jessica Drew as Spider-Woman, though.
Signatures are for lamers.Yikes.
First, he broke his hand to a point where he can't play guitar anymore, then he got a DUI, then he got jeered for replacing Josh Keaton as Spidey, then he got jeered even more for that tweet regarding Caitlyn Jenner, and now this.
I wonder if some people will use this as leverage to coax Disney and Marvel to get Josh Keaton back in an effort to make the Ultimate Spider-Man considerably more spectacular.
(See what I did there?)

Read the article. He's just being charged for the DUI he got back in December. He wasn't charged when he was first arrested.
Latest blog update (November 5th, 2022).So, I've been catching little bits and pieces of this for a while now.
I think that I'm finally at the point where I can accept this show. It's improved somewhat from when it's started.
I really liked the thing with the Game-Master and the Collector ( and Aunt May revealing she knew Peter was Spider Man).
In fact, while I don't consider it to be perfect, I rather like the universe that Marvel have built with this Hulk And The Agents Of Smash and Avengers Assemble.
I will one day be able to not compare this to it's predecessor, but I admit this show has come a long way, and in a good way.
One Strip! One Strip!Agents of SMASH has always been awful though. The other two have their ups and downs, with Ultimate being the most consistently qualified.
I'm hoping they have a good explanation for Goblin, Rhino, and Lizard.
Probably Octopus will get them.
Lookie, Goblin starts looking more like Ultimate one he already met. I would question that, but Spider-Man turned into pig before meeting Spider-Ham, so...
While I do think Hulk And The Agents Of Smash may be the weakest of the three, there are still some things about it I enjoy.
I kinda like the idea of Hulk leading a team: it's uncharted territory for his character.
True, there's a lot of dumb stuff about it, but every idea has potential. If they could find a way to tap into it.
One Strip! One Strip! They could also have Ultimate Gobby from the Spider-Verse event crossing over from his dimension to join the Six.
Latest blog update (November 5th, 2022).Well the first two episodes came out. And now we got best Spider on the team. Now wolverine needs to join the web warriors to make Spider-Force 5.
That's a really weak explanation.
