Lucia's eyes went wide and then closed in pleasure as the delicious smell hit her hypersensitive nostrils. She dashed down the stairs after Alexia.

"I wonder what they're serving," Alexia said to Lucia as she turned a corner into the kitchen. The aroma became stonger, making her mouth water. What ever was prepared got to be gormet.

Miles sighed. "The things I do for family..." he said, sitting down.

Daniel navigated his way back to the house his other relatives was last seen at, he didn't smell blood, that was a good sign, on the other hand, he smelled food, which actually was a pretty good sign, unless things had goneconsiderably worse than he could even fantasize about. Following his somewhat keen nose towards the kitchen, he whistler a jaunty little tune, dinner time was pretty much always a good time. "I do believe my olfactory sense tells great tales of grub in our very near future." He said as he entered the Kitchen.

"Trying to show off with your vocabulary?" Alexia asked as she walked from behind Daniel.

"Always." Daniel said. "After all, what good is knowledge if you're just going to lock it away in some dusty brain-loft?" He took off his hat, he should remember taking it off inside, at least when he was a guest, but he kept forgetting. "What're we having?"

Lucia, kitchen

"Pork, rabbit, and duck," Lucia answered immediately. "Incidentally, does this place have a dining room, or do we eat in the kitchen? Either way's fine, just wondering."

Tashiro walks into the kitchen and stand's against the door with Haji closely behind him.

"Wow, it looks tasty..." Alexia glanced at the variety of food as she continued towards the kitchen. Steam fill the room, and the small was euophric.

Miles groaned as the scents wafted up to him.

A man stands in the kitchen preparing a feast. He is a bit chubby and has a mild tan his hair is dirty blond and combed back behind his chef's hat. He's dressed in white and stand's a round 6'1". the steam and smoke seams to move around him as if he were an aerodynamic force moving through the air.

Alexia pulled a chair from the table in the next room and sat down. She looked at the china while she waited.

Miles hoped Christina would wake soon.

After a few minutes He got tired of waiting, and started speaking quietly.

"My dear brother, as a prosecutor, my job is to ensure all those enemies of society are stopped. The only way I can do that is to obtain a guilty verdict at every opportunity. I will not let a single sinner go free. I will do whatever is necessary to have those perversions of humanity locked away."

I'm in charge of every trial
I'm always in full control
The judge merely has to smile
To say "guilty" is his only role
I sustain my own objections
To win the courtroom war
None will interfere with my perfect guilty score

If justice is blind, then I will guide her

The chef begins ringing a bell on on the side of the carter which rings throughout the house. He grab a big turkey and walks in over to an already set table and begins to serve it onto the plates with Hagi helping him out.

Alexia mouth really watered when she saw the turkey.

"Yum!" she thought, tapping the table with her fingers.

Daniel was no stranger to good eats, as a proud owner of substantial amounts of New Money, he quite often indulged in various culinary treats, but even for a man like that, the dinner was starting to look awfully promising. "Ah, now this is more like it." He said as he took his seat

Lucia sighed as she pulled out the chair next to Alexia. "I hope Christina wakes up soon. I'd hate for Miles to miss this because of his stubbornness." Maybe I can bring some up to him...

"It's called sincerety" called Miles. "If I wasn't willing to suffer for it, it wouldn't be worth doing..."

"But family is..." he said, mostly to himself.

Christina woke up abruptly, rolled out of bed, and hopped toward the kitchen with the single-minded determination of a girl who hasn't eaten anything in what felt like weeks. Time counts triple when you're short on blood. If there wasn't something dead and tasty in her stomach within the next three minutes, she was just going to have to eat Miles.

"Rather energetic..." remarked Miles.
