So, the giraffapillar is an alegory for alegory itself...

I don't see it.

Always touching and looking. Piss off.

He was kind of a prat, yeah, but at least he had the gumption to come back on his own initiative apologize to the Snow Queen. (Btw, I like that Oglaf's Snow Queen is friendly and kind [albeit rather a ditz], in contrast to the usual portrayal of winter personifications.)

Of course, in this comic's universe, whether you're a prat like Allegory-Hating Revenge Guy, or a decent fellow like Ivan, you seem to have an equal chance of getting screwed, and not necessarily in the good way. [lol]

But you have a higher chance of getting screwed in the good way than anywhere else, at least.

I love that there is a booth for the guy with the simply answer right next to the allegory for allegories. Seems this isn't the first time someone got fed up.

[up][up][up] Which is why I said "prat" was a little strong. If our boy Blaze* was truly a colossal prick, he'dve either a) dug for Easy Answer Guy and beaten some more easy answers out of him, or b) just gone home. The fact that he went to her royal cold highness with a heart full of remorse makes him a nicer person than his parents think. (assuming Easy Answer Guy wasn't lying about the reason his parents took off on him.)

  • I've named him Blaze after Johnny Blaze, the first Ghost Rider (aka the Spirit of Vengeance. That is what he wanted to start his odd, fuck-filled quest)

Nice double subversion of irony there.

The emotions of others can seem like such well guarded mysteries, people 8egin to 8elieve that's how their own emotions should 8e treated.

I think the giraffapillar is my new favorite character.

It is adorable! Also, it looks kind of sad in the last panel.

I'm not sure which minor character I think is more awesome - the Alleogry thing or the Lizard of Guilt.

Think I'll go with the Lizard of Guilt.

There's a "badgering the suspect" joke to be made here, but I'm not gonna make it.

And the new one:

I gotta say, the Lizard of Guilt is my favorite character.

Right under him would be that giraffe thing of Allegory.
