Another good reason for pulling the current image is that it isn't an example. Start of Darkness is, surprisingly, defined as "Prequel showing the Big Bad turning evil." The characters pictured don't get prequels showing them turning evil.
Something to bear in mind when choosing replacement images, too.

How about Anakin Skywalker / Mr D. Vader — some image from the Star Wars prequels?

Yeah, I was thinking Anakin would be a good example. And there's a lot more slack with him in regards to JAFAAC.
I think that's more true for Darth Vader, with his extremely recognizable outfit, than for Anakin.

1. Rich Burlew really doesn't like people using his images without permission.
2. It's not Xykon's So D (Burlew makes it clear in the introduction that Xykon was evil from day one); it's Redcloak's. And any of the details are pretty spoileriffic.

If people learned from their mistakes, there wouldn't be this thing called bad habits.
I agree that we shouldn't use images from Start of Darkness, but there are dozens of images from Order Of The Stick on this wiki.

Would he be recognisable between his normal and One-Winged Angel forms, though?
Plus he is pretty much in the same boat as Xykon: he didn't gradually go evil, he gradually acquired means to do evil.

Yes, Jack would. He still has the black carapace, the harlequin tatters, and the same face. Just...er... has wings, tentacles, and a sword through his chest. And the hat.

I guess you're right. But he still had a lesser kind of evil, the Obstructive Bureaucrat evil. Jackspers Noirlecrow was just a more directed form of that. More violent.
It's just a picture of the Trope Namer, without context or anything. We can do better.
