Do we have a resident shoujo/boys love reader or two to provide images though...? I see a healthy number of anime fans but this doesn't seem to be a particular area of interest.

That's excellent actually, based on my understanding of the trope.
It's reliant on text, but the text bits are not the kind which can translate well to a caption or a quote, so it's justified.

Ryoki is one of the examples listed on the page that is not from a yaoi/BL or adult series, so I thought he'd be pretty good.

Nothing in that picture says sadist to me. Actually looks like the brown haired guy likes it.

Putting up an image before the Image Pickin' is done is kind of rude, since you ignore everyone else who might have an opinion.
