You know, hipsters aren't actually hipsters. You know why?

'Cause of the etymology behind the word "hipster". It comes from the word "hip", which mean stuff that was cool, trendy popular. So the word "hipster" goes completely against what being a hipster is all about. We're not into what's trendy and cool, so we're not hip.

So hipsters are hipsters because they're not hipsters. Make sense?

Of course not, people these days are mindless sheep, they just don't think anymore. I'm so glad that I'm one of the lucky, few who still can.

Did I do it right? I'm not actually all that familiar with hipster culture.

I completely agree. Though, of course, I was into being a Hipster and 'ITT' threads before it/they was/were cool.

I'd make a comment about how this thread is getting too mainstream, but commenting on something being too mainstream is in it's self becoming much too mainstream for my tastes.
