Ok, one of the members of Five-Man Band (and yes) who has been in the band around a year realizes that some of the things he says does not match up or downlight impossible and later it turns out that he is an one year old Artificial Human created as The Mole and all the memories before that are Fake Memories created by his unknown creator. I want a scenario where The Hero convinces him that it's ok because all the memories he had with the rest of Five-Man Band is real.

Does this make sense? Also, is it too cheesy?

Now, probably the most illogical aspect of this scenario is that human mind intepretates every events happening around them based on their past memories. So in this situation, unfortunately, all the experience he had is technically not real.

Is there are any way that would make this scenario plausible?

Sounds plausible already. There's a whole line of philosophical thought on whether you can actually ever be sure if anything you experience is real. Look up "cartesian demons" if you're interested.

Really from Jupiter, but not an alien.

I don't know. I think that revelation would be pretty devastating. It might take more than a simple pep talk to cheer him back up. Of course it would all depend on the kind of life he thought he had before compared to the type of life he is currently living. Although I assume that his creator wouldn't give him too many unpleasant false memories. But if he was already beginning to figure out that his past history was a lie, then maybe finding out that he's an artificial memory may be a relief to him. Either way, he's going to have to decide if he wants to hold on to those memories, knowing that they're not real, or choose to abandon them and develop a new identity for himself based on the experiences he knows are real. Of course, that's what I would do. I would say, "All that stuff in my past that I said and done that have defined me has never happened. Now I have a chance to start anew and create a new sense of self. The family I knew didn't exist, but I have this family now, and that's just as good." I might even change my name and abandon all things that would link me to the false history I thought I had, essentially becoming a completely new person.

[up] Heh, never been a believer of a pep talk anyway. In my current draft, the creater is an Anti-Villain who, while wanted to have The Mole inside the band, wanted him to have the best memories that he could give. So he had a pretty good memories of living in a well functioned house with Good Parents. In one of my scenarios, the artificial human guy (hadn't decided the name...) confronts his creator, who tells him.\: The Creator: I'm truly sorry. Everything. [...] However, I just want you to know that all those memories are the what I would have liked to have with you...

Cheesy, I know.
