The orange from the original film will return as The Annoying Orange, and the big bad of the film.
"Show us the Galaxy Warp.""HEY! Hey, Sam! You're dad is DEAD! EHEHEHEHHEEHEHHEEAH!
Of course, don't you know anything about ALCHEMY?!- Twin clones of Ivan the GreatIf they're gonna bring back someone, make it Lora/Yori for obvious reasons and Dillinger Sr. because of the Sequel Hook with Cillian Murphy.
I'm on Youtube Reviewing Things Cause I can.If they bring back those two then they need to have a canon version of Jethro.
Yeah, I've heard they were trying to bring back both Lora and Yori. Because of fan requests.
Signatures are for lamers. So I downloaded Tron Uprising after a friend pestered me. It's amazing. It's fluid, has good drama, and a legitmitely interesting plot line. The side characters don't take up too much screen time and remain relevant to the main story. It also adds a lot to the world of Tron, which was my biggest issue with Legacy.
So far my favorite episode is 5, because it does what a series based on a film should: answer questions about the world movies don't have time to do. I never really stopped to think why the identity discs were so important but in hindsight I totally should've. So Tron Uprising thread!
Remember! Hyperbole is an exaggeration made for comedic effect, and shouldn't be taken literally!https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=751CG8ORWjA
I don't remember if this trailer was posted yet.
The part shown at 30" looks like a new scene.
This part here 1'1" was talked about here and it looks like something bad is going to happen to Beck in the near future.
1'44" this is the scene that's got me intrigued. Why is Paige attacking a guard? Is she switching sides? Is she there to help Beck, Tron or the Renegade? There's the possibility that Paige and Beck could become friends and then he gets taken so acts to free an incessant program or she could be going after the Renegade thinking he's really is Tron because he does seem to revel himself to her when he confronted Dyson. Or she could be breaking out so she can have grudge match.

Nice episode. This definitely felt like we were seeing a new side of Tesler. Desperate, and actually somewhat scared of the Renegade.
By the way, was the teaser narration for the next episode supposed to sound this dumb, or was it a genuine failed attempt to sound Totally Radical? "Tron has a gnarly scar ang guess who gave it to him? This creepy dude!"
I'm pretty sure it was latter.
Tron Lives! Yay! Now viewers know what Witch hunts were like.
Lord Eric Wu, Grandmaster of the order of Troping.I'm so glad this show is back. And yes, that preview was probably the worst use of Totally Radical I have seen. It completely undermined the drama and seriousness of those preview clips. Should probably add that as an entry.
Thunder, Thunder, Thunder...It amuses me how utterly brutal this show is with the violence, just because it's all programs and pixels instead of (animated) humans and blood.
I mean damn that nightmare and the method of execution.
The owner of this account is temporarily unavailable. Please leave your number and call again later. That's what really surprised me about the Legacy-era TRON stuff; I remember when derezzing seemed quick and clean, now it leaves a mess of destroyed program all over.
Of course, don't you know anything about ALCHEMY?!- Twin clones of Ivan the GreatIt allows the death of programs to have more of an impact on both the audience and the world.
I'm surprised at the level of violence too, but it does give me that nagging feeling that plagues a lot of disney stuff(that is, this wouldn't be acceptable if the characters weren't animals/programs/nonhumans)
I treat all living things equally. That is to say, I eat all living thingsSo, Scars. Wow. Origins, inspections, a cop for a villain. Revenge! I am so glad this is a two parter. On the other hand, it does suffer from a bit of continuity problems in terms of fitting with Tron Legacy, but mostly in the little details. Though this still begs the question of how Tron survived something like that from clu. your thoughts?
Lord Eric Wu, Grandmaster of the order of Troping. He's a powerful program.
I'm more curious as to how Clu can possibly not have noticed that Tron was still alve, seeing as how he didn't apparently turn into a pile of pixels. Maybe the next episode will explain it.
My guess was that somehow Tron is able to sort of pull himself back together, but not without a lot of damage left behind. I'm rather surprised Dyson survived that huge gaping wound, but I guess most programs can live through that.
It was nice seeing Flynn and Clu again, even if it was just a flashback. I bet we'll find out in the next episode that it was one of Clu's men who threw that first disc.
Thunder, Thunder, Thunder...I wonder if Clu altered Dyson's personality Dyson was still totally loyal to Tron even after he started to hate IS Os.
All of time and space, anywhere and everywhere, any star that ever was. Where do you want to start? That may be a possibility. I have to wonder just what the extent of Clu's abilities are, if he's able to heal such grievous wounds. I suppose they would be second only to Flynn himself. And I'm betting Clu is a lot stronger than even Tron is. Like, Tron is Captain America, but Clu is Thor (or Loki, in this case).
Thunder, Thunder, Thunder...
Your analogy is a little off.
Flyn is the Abrehamic God: The Creator and Ruler of the Grid.
Clu is Lucifer: The Powerful Right hand of the Creator who ultimately betrayers him.
Tron is the Archangel Micheal: The loyal Warrior and Enforcer of the Creator.
" Magic is a method of talking to the universe in words that it cannot ignore."I'm well aware of the metaphorical roles the characters have in the story and on the Grid. My analogy has to do with measuring the actual power levels of these characters. While Tron is a very powerful program, I don't think we've ever really seen him do something supernatural, at least by Grid standards. Clu was able to heal Dyson, but it doesn't seem like Tron or anyone else could have done that.
Thunder, Thunder, Thunder...I had this thought at work based on the idea that Clu did something to Dyson when he "healed" him. Maybe Tron's motivation isn't revenge rather just masked as revenge.
Dillinger? MCP?
